I give my tax preparer, Lucy, 5 stars because she is fast & efficient & on top of her stuff. She’s the best. She is personable, & welcoming. The only dumb question is the one not asked. Go see her. She’s helped me out tremendously.

I saw Lucy and I am so grateful to her. I have major tax anxiety. I have a funny way of organizing my documents and she was so patient and honestly led the conversation in a way that was efficient while still allowing me to ask questions. I notice I hesitate to ask questions and I think it’s because in the past tax preparers wanted me to auto trust they were doing everything accurately…but if you can’t communicate with your tax person, that’s how mistakes are made and Lucy made THAT part so easy. Despite how busy she is, she didn’t show me the stress that I’m sure she is under this season. I plan on using Lucy for years to come! Thank you so much Lucy! ❤️

Liberty Tax Kahului botched my taxes and refuses to address my complaintMajor lack of integrity displayed here.I DO NOT RECOMMEND TRUSTING YOUR TAX FILING WITH THIS OFFICE.This is not a sour grapes situation. This is intentional disregard for incompetent work.I'm still waiting for Lucy to make this right.

Liberty Tax in Kahului is refusing to accept responsibility for a $4600 error they made on my 2021 tax filing.The IRS concurred with and refunded me without deliberation.I will be writing regular reviews until this office satisfies my complaint.I recommend not work with this office again.

This tax office cost me $4600.00!My new tax preparer found the 2020 disability deduction ommission and I recovered my loss.When I asked for a refund for incompetent work, I was asked to show documentation of my re-filing and my reply from the IRS. I did.That was February!Nothing has been refunded to me and I've been told that it is in the hands of CORPORATE.I am getting little help from my long time tax preparer.I will post weekly until i receive my refund.I am very disappointed in this office's management.UPDATE:RE my $4600 overpayment refund request:I was again asked to submit the identical documents I submitted months ago.This seems like a tactic to delay refunding the amount I requested.So DISAPPOINTED in Liberty Tax of Kahuli and tired of waiting for my overdue adjustment.Yes, Lucy is great & I've referred business friends to her twice.Due to this event, I cannot in good conscience recomment Liberty Tax again.

The office was spacious and well organized. I was exactly on time for my appointment and I was welcomed and immediately seated for my tax session. Every aspect was fast and efficient. Ms.Wood was very professional,friendly and explained every step of the process. I highly recommend Liberty Tax.
