My two children got their first ear piercings from Gold Mart. One child was nervous and the ladies there made her feel so comfortable. My other child was confident and got her piercings pretty easy. Due to possible allergies, I chose to go to Gold Mart instead of other stores at the mall. Price to do the ear piercings was the amount for the real gold earrings. Mahalo Gold Mart for being so nice and friendly for my girls first ear piercings!

The ladies working there were great! I went in to have my three month olds ears pierced. They took the time to make sure the piercings were even, kept her as happy as possible, and maintained sanitation measures. The cost was reasonable as well. Definitely recommend.

I purchased a 24K gold anklet in December and I asked if they could add a Love charm to it And of course they said yes! So it cost me almost $400 for the anklet and $90 to add the (solder) charm. When I picked it up I was happy to see it come to life but I wasn't happy with the work done on it! Very Amateur Work and the cost was $45 x 2 for them to solder each side of the charm to the anklet. I wanted it done cause the person who gave me the charm is no longer here and means the world to us. It's now February and the anklet broke cause it got caught on material. Anyways yesterday 2/15/21 I went in to Gold Mart and asked if they could repair it and I explained to them what happened and that I purchased the anklet and had them add this charm to it for me. So, than that lady went to talk to the other lady and she said yes! So the First Lady I spoke to said yes! we can do it with a fee of $35. So, I told them why? you folks did the work and it broke very easily so that tells you the work wasn't done right (good). So, than the other lady heard and she finally remembered me and said ok let me talk to the jeweler and get back to you. I said ok, fill out the envelope with my info. and left. Than they called me at 4pm on 2/15/21 and told me that they can do it and the charge is usually $45 but, we give it to you for $25. I was not happy and told them as I was upset now but this is b******** I spent almost $400 on the anklet and paid for you folks to solder it ($90) and just to have a few minutes of your guys time you still like charge me? Is this how you take care of your customer! I can see if I didn't buy the anklet from them and just had them add the charm. and I also told them why sooo much different prices for (solder) repair first you say $35, $45 and now $25 so what really is it. One lady say one thing and the other lady says another. I told them get their stories straight. I will never go back to this store and I will definitely take my business else where and support another repair jeweler in Kihei with much better craftsmanship in this trade. Bad Service and Greed!!

Went to pick up my watch and a metal piece from the strap was missing. They insisted that I brought it in with out that piece. Got into a big discussion and felt like they all ganged up on me. Told them that I wasn't going to pay the $5 fee without that piece. We went back and forth about it till the the guy says just leave. So I did. Took our 3 month old baby girl here to get her ears pierced and the woman who did the piercing was very helpful & fast with the actual piercing. Gold Mart was recommended to us by a few people for baby piercings and I'm glad we went with them. $50 and they had lots of stones to choose from!

Absolute rip off for anything you buy here. Please people, do your own research before deciding to buy any jewelry. They have quality products but they upcharge INSANE amounts because they are located in a mall. They are selling $800 worth of gold for $2500-3000 and people are buying it. Most of the gold they sell is 14k. Do your research on the current price of 14k gold and see how much it is worth based on the weight of what you are buying. Obviously they must bump up the price a little but how much they do it is absolutely absurd. No one should buy their gold or any jewelry from here.

They must have had a 2 yr old kid doing repairs in the back. I got my watch back with glue inside the glass and on the minute arm. SMH After they "Sent-It" out to get Re-repaired, I got it month later... to find fingerprints inside the display area and the crystal was not fully glued back into place.... So if any one is interested in a cheap movado let me kno. We can both thank #GoldMart for that.
