I recently towed my Audi to this shop in July after my car had been sitting at another shop since April! My instrument cluster went out and therefore it would not start. The previous shop kept dragging out the work and finally said after 4 months that they can’t fix it!!! I’ve called Audi Honolulu within the last couple months and they were not taking ANY appointments?! So I Googled Audi mechanics in Honolulu and that is when I found Wrench Werks. The tow truck driver that towed my car also had great things to say about the shop that had worked on his VW in the past. I was a bit skeptical but at this point I was willing to try anything to keep me from having to purchase a new car. Thank goodness I did!
Working with Tanya was phenomenal. She reassured that this was an issue they have experienced before and provided me confidence that they can do the job. She is great with her follow-ups and providing explanations. All customers want is full transparency whether good or bad news and Tanya provided that. The cost was more than expected comparing to the previous shop (had they fixed it). However the bulk of the cost was the replacement cluster itself. The end result is that they were able to get my car running so much faster and saved me thousands of dollars from having to purchase a new car.
Because of their honesty, realistic timelines and how they know to set client expectations to help eliminate unexpected surprises; they are now my go to mechanics.
I can’t thank everyone at Wrench Werks enough! By far one of the best customer service experience all around!

I reached out to them on a Sunday and surprisingly got an immediate response. Barbara was very helpful and allowed my car to be towed in the next day. They did a very thorough inspection and found the symptom and cause. While I wasn’t ready to spend the money to get it completely fixed, they replaced what I asked to get it back on the road. Barbara was great at texting me updates and sending online estimates that allowed digital authorization. I finally met Barbara and Rod when I went to the shop to pick up the car and everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend them for Audi or VW repairs. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

My service advisor was Barbara, she was great from the very beginning. She helped me throughout the process of getting my audi fixed. Wrench works also help people with extended warranty like i did. I would highly recommend Wrench works to everyone that needs repairs. There technicians specializes in audi and vw but they do services on most makes and models. Don't waste your time taking your vehicle to a dealer because they are crooks. Thanks Barbara ?

Outstanding service, I would highly recommend Wrench Werks to anyone with an Audi or VW, and I will be a life long customer. On my older 2012 Jetta TDI, they truly went above and beyond to get everything fixed. Everyone is very friendly, they are communicative, and this is just a good, honest mechanic, which can be rare to find. Mahalo!

Set up an appointment for an oil change at 0930. When I arrived, they took my car with no issues and no warning that they have fallen nearly a full day behind on work. Came back 3 hours later and my car had not been worked on. They told me it would be another 4-5 hours (3-4 pm) before they would be ready. Why would I have a 0930 appointment if they are not going to work on the vehicle until 2 or 3 pm? if that's the case, my appointment should be at 2 or 3 pm. They have a total lack of respect for their customers' time. Ended up leaving as I have work to do and can't wait 8 hours for my car to have an oil change whenever it is convenient for them. Don't expect an appointment means your car will get in at, or even around, that time.

Always get great service when I take my car in, they haven't seen my car in 4 years while it was away in the mainland. But after my first visit back they found a lot of things that need attention. So I will be taking care of the important things first. But since my car is getting really old parts are becoming hard to find. One of the best things about coming here is I usually get the same tech so this person knows my car inside and out. I also love the VIP program they have so I can get much needed discounts to help with costs.

I’ve been a WrenchWerks customer for years now, it’s pricey but it’s so worth it. Barbara especially has gone out of her way on multiple occasions to make sure I was helped, she is the ONLY reason I continue to go to WW even though I don’t even have a German car anymore. Whoever owns wrenchwerks, you have a great employee on your hands.

My engine light came on right before my holiday. I had contacted them while overseas and they worked with me very well. If I need to email instead of callimg to save money on talking back and forth. Even after they did their testing they sent my car to another shop to verify that everything was great. It came back amazing and if I was staying on island they would be my go to shop. Best service I've had in a long time.

I took my 2007 audi s4 thinking it had 1 problem but the technicians did a great job running a diagnostic on my car figuring what the issue was, my Audi had many problems but thanks to the technicians they were able to make my audi that was not operable drivable again! The representative that took care of me was Tanya if you have issues with your VW/Audi please ask for tanya she’s the definition of a hard worker who assures nothing but the best customer service and assisting with options on what the best fix is for your car. Tanya would relay any messages ,news, or recommendations her technicians wanted to pass forward prior before any work got touched or charged, she’s the best worker i have met in a shop so far! Wrench werks is a great shop as a whole when it comes down to getting your car back on the road again but the employees is what makes the shop stand out against the other shops in hawaii. 10/10 i would recommend to bring your vehicle here, and the wrench werks team will be there happily to assist you!

While waiting 7 and a half hours at the dealership for a diagnostic, I decided to call Wrench Werks, was suggested by a friend. So glad I did. Barbara saw me right after I left the dealership. She and staff were upfront, professional, and knowledgeable. Explained all the work needing done. They kept in contact, gave updates, helped me save money, time, and future car problems. My car runs just like it did 8 yrs. ago when bought from the dealership. Mahalo Wrench Werks, I appreciate all the great work you did to help me.

Great service and communication! I appreciated that Tanya was very transparent about all of the services and work that was needed on my Audi A4 Wagon. They even have a VIP program and Synchrony credit card that can save you money and give you extra time to make payments! Thank you, Wrench Werks!

I have been taking my Audi A4 to Audi dealership since I got it two years ago but between the limited appointment times. I thought I should start looking for an alternative mechanic shop. That is when I did some research and found Wrench Werks, what got me to choose them is that they specialize working on Audi and Volkswagen. I contacted them for a wheel alignment and they were able to schedule me the same week. Everything went well and when I went to get my car back, Barbara told me that my car was leaking a little bit of coolant and that I would might want to look into changing the pump. I told Barbara okay lets change the pump. While I was talking to them, I mentioned that I have warranty on the car still. Barbara said for me to find out who I got the warranty from and she would contact them and see if the parts would be covered. After getting home I told Barbara what company the warranty was from and she took care of everything. She got warranty to cover the parts and it saved me a lot of money. After using for my alignment and water pump. I can say that I am very happy with Wrench Werk, the quality of service is great, and communication between them and customer is very clear. They are also very easy to contact I have never been put on hold or heard their answering machine. I am definitely going to be using them from now on moving forward.
