I'm really glad we found the Salvation Army Adult Day Services center! I am able to bring my mother here twice a week as we don't currently require care every day. They provide her games, arts and craft activities, and exercise classes to keep her mind and body active and the needed socialization that she lost when we moved her from her home to ours. The administrator, Stacy, hit it off with mom immediately when she found people they knew in common. Lori, the Social Worker is super nice as well and they work with us to try to meet mom's needs and preferences. They are also flexible with our schedule for those times we might miss a day. The staff is warm and friendly and mom always says how nice everyone is, which is very comforting to me. They truly care for their clientele.
