Just the other day, my mother received less change than what she was supposed to receive. When she confronted the cashier about it, they insisted that they had given the right amount of change, even when my mother took out all the money in her bag (coins, bills, etc) and there was no $5 bill anywhere, which the cashier insisted she had given her. They walked upstairs to check the camera and demanded that they made no mistake. My mother does not know English, so she had to call my older sister to translate. They refused to even double check and immediately assumed my mother was in the wrong. She started crying and it was only then that they offered to call her back to update her. However, after my mother picked me up from summer school that same day, I immediately called customer service, as my mother was still crying and she felt as if she had been discriminated against and bullied because she did not know how to speak English or defend herself against the two workers (man and woman). The customer service lady was amazing and she offered to call me back the next morning after she called the store about the issue. The thing is, the only person that called us back was the customer service lady, but no one from the store itself called us back, even after a full 24 hours had passed. This made me even more furious, as the customer service lady called me at 8 or 9 in the morning, and we went back to the store at 1pm. When we finally went back to the store, to the same caucasian man ignored us when we approached him, and he said that he would help us when he was done helping someone else. I could tell he recognized my mother since he looked irritated and disgusted. However, he left right after he was done helping the other lady and fled, which was cowardly, and out came the cashier that was the one who was the one that gave my mother less cash. We were promised by the customer service lady that the two people who “wronged” us would speak to us about the issue, but he fled and we ended up only speaking to the lady. We used to love shopping at this Ross, but that man alone was enough for us to share this online. My mother was not after a mere $4; she was treated horribly. The cashier cleared things up with us, but that man’s behavior and actions left a sour taste in our mouths. I have never seen such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from a Ross employee before.

I went and you have to be patient and look through racks but I found some good bargains and spent more money than intended but good prices couldn't pass up opportunity. Highly recommend if you bargains hunter.

A nice Ross with parking, but it was not as well stocked as others. There are 2 floors with ladies on the main floor and men's on the second. The staff is friendly but the store just seems quiet. My wife preferred the other Ross in town.

I always go to this location because its close to my workplace and I needed a walk to have a break. The most recent visit was not that satisfying because of a poor customer’s service of a cashier name Jeremy, Im not sure if I spelled his name correctly. I was in a hurry so after I paid I was about to leave and forgot to take my receipt. He then said that I left my receipt then he rolled his eyes. Like what? I never do anything wrong to get an attitude. Next time Jeremy if you rolled your eyes just make sure your customer doesn’t see it.

⚠️ ? tourist tourist beware ⚠️‼️It's messy organizations and very dirty stores ‼️‼️Both (2)Ala Moana stores location area; they're too lazy to clean the stores and look how dirty inside the dressing rooms ‼️‼️See attached(3) pictures.???????I remember long long ago, both of the stores ... they were not like that.Very very sad ?????Employees don't care anymore as well as the management staff.They don't have A Pride / self-esteem anymore ‼️???The staff of Ross's " treats like they are a salvation army stores" instead.Don't you know the old saying..." Cleanliness is next to Godliness ".I guess ? you guys don't have Self - Esteem any more ‼️???

The presence of Ross is a huge convenience to visitors staying in nearby hotels. It is open until late night so when I needed a bigger check-in luggage prior to my flight the following morning, Ross is just across the street from my hotel. The prices are really reasonable and there is a variety of choices. Aside from the last minute luggage shopping, I also grabbed a pair of sandals and couple of shirts. Shopping at Ross is always a delight ?

Finally, I found the tank tops that I was looking for! All the other shops were carrying styles for tiny girls with flat bellies that are not something my life experienced body was willing to brandish.???
