The staff at Ala Moana was very helpful, kind and informative. They were very patient while I shopped with my infant and ensured I got the best deal. Everyone working that day was very good at what they do and they all deserve raises. I will only buy glasses from Oakley and from that location.
Today I went home with two new pairs of glasses thanks to them and I’ll be back for more

We usually see Yaya but this time we went to the other local girl in the back who was very pleasant to approach and her willingness to assist us even though she was clearly busy swapping parts for about 4 pairs of shades. I really wish we could remember her name but I'm not great at that! Her patience and knowledge of even older inventory items with a smile and she didn't push in a tacky fashion for unwanted upgrades or extras which we really appreciated overall we are happy and looking forward to my Misters new customized shades! Choke Aloha just like us!

Although a different location from the last time I had visit, Yaya provided great customer service and was very attentive to my needs and told me how to get back to the parkinglot I came from which was much easier than the path that it took my son and I to find where new location was at. Mahalo!

On vacation in Honolulu and my sunglasses were not providing enough protection.. I’ve had great experiences with Oakley many years ago so I decided to see what was new. Yaya was our Oakley specialist. Boy did we luck out! She was very knowledgeable and welcoming. Needless to say it was a very enjoyable experience and I walked out with 2 pairs! I am in management by trade and I know how difficult it is to find good people/employees. Yaya is an asset to Oakley! Thank you Yaya!

Upon entering the store, I noticed a sign indicating that apparel and apparel accessories were 50% off. I confirmed with a sales associate that the discount applied to all apparel. After selecting and trying on several items, I proceeded to the checkout, only to find that none of the items were ringing up at the discounted price. A different associate informed me that only items directly under the sale signs were eligible for the discount. Despite most of my selections being located under these signs, the store refused to honor the sale.
After double checking the signs, they do say select styles in small letters, so I guess that's how they get you.
Update: Went to another Oakley store in town the next day, picked up the exact same items, and they all scanned at 50% off

Went on 4th of July to get specialized sun glasses for my children who are starting competitive golf. Janie was super helpful getting the right fit and lenses. They can customize the glasses right in the shop. We were able to take advantage of BOGO 50% off deal too! They were also helpful in getting us additional discounts through our jobs. Very knowledgeable staff.

Wonderful Customer Service at the Oakly Store at the Ala Moana Shopping Center from Kimo. I walked in trying to find replacement lenses for my Oakley Five. Kimono helped me navigate their website on their iPad. Unfortunately, my version is obsolete. I was so disappointed since it's so hard for me to find sunglasses because a have a narrow bone structure. I had replaced the lenses twice before.
Kimo made some suggestions for other sunglasses without being pushy at all. It was just like having a casual conversation. I ended up with my new sunglasses. There was a sale promotion of "Buy 1, get 1 half off", but I asked if they offered any other type of discount. I did not have any military service, but he asked if I worked in the medical field I think, or I mentioned it, and was able to get a 15% discount with my company ID. AWESOME!! I'm very happy with these sunglasses. I'll see how they are as I use them more, but am extremely satisfied. Oakley has been, and I think will always be my go to store and brand to purchase from!

Good store and glad to see an actual Oakley store open, but Google maps' location is incorrect. If you're looking for it, it's on the top floor, across on the other side and down a bit. Across from Abercrombie and next to Hallmark. Not on the 2nd floor like it shows.
