I just move from Maui to Honolulu, and need to schedule an electrical inspection on my 22 Tacoma . They got me in within 3 days. The service consultant Julia M and the manger (never got his name ) Both were very helpful and understanding of my situation, and honored my Toyota warranty even though I didn’t purchase the vehicle from them, but welcome me as I did . Very glad I found them and will used them for all my services on my Tacoma .

2 stars: Appointment - make it earlier the better, if last minute, don't blame Servco. Hate when I called to change appoint and was told no openings when in reality there where many openings, basically lied to is the reason for 2 stars, if not would have been 4-5 stars rating.5 stars: Reminders - via text and email are timely.4 stars: Check in, they are on time if you bring your car on time, they take photos of exterior of vehicle. They don't commit to servicing time, even thought they do this everyday, the only reason I can think of is that in the past must have dealt with difficult customer who demanded time even though many problems with vehicle. Service rep can at least say "standard oil change, rotate tire, roughly 2.5 hours with no other issues" but they won't commit to this type of customer service. Customer who expect indy 500 service times are unreasonable. Note to whoever wants to start a new company, if a company can better the lacking service of a "Jiffy Lube" and do oil change and tire rotation in under 1/2 hours can probably make money in Hawaii.1 star: Cost of oil change, tire rotation, general checks, they charge about $60-$80 more than Jiffy lube. Beware of add on cost. Car is brought to them because under warranty.Very sad that Servco upper management turns a blind eye to ongoing user complaints as noted in prior reviews. If Servco ever cleaned up and be fair about servicing cost, they could easily service/sell even more Toyotas.

A very large amount of oil was poured into the engine and there were fragments of plastic under the hood. I do not recommend contacting here.

I was provided with quality service here in Servco Kakaʻako. Layton Yee was my Service Advisor, who served me valuable and uncomplicated information on what service would need to be done today. I went in for maintenance, which took no longer than an hour! Layton also catered to my questions regarding my car maintenance and explained my concerns in expertise. If you ever come to Servco Kakaʻako, ask for Layton Yee as your service advisor, and he will meet your needs and expectations of excellent customer service. Mahalo again, Layton!

I can see why this place gets 3 stars and really why you should avoid all servco maintenance shops unless you're under the warranty of you car.One. They don't really "inspect" anything. Having been to the mapunapuna location my regular maintenance and finding out my rotors were warped I gave up on that location. Especially after telling them to inspect the brakes and their recommendation that nothing was wrong. Now with the kakaako location I told them to inspect the battery because it was giving a low voltage reading. Rep said the battery was fine. They only inspect if the battery is "good or bad". An indication that they don't really inspect anything. Evident by my alternator failing 9-months after inspection because they only check "good or bad" and not being preventative to see if the voltage is dropping and failure is near. According to Jayson a bad battery wouldn't impact the alternator and the don't measure in volts only in amps. When asked for what the amp output was I was told I would need to wait 20 more minutes for an answer not sure why that info isn't on your invoice of work done. Again just "good or bad"Second. No point in setting an appointment. After letting them know during the appointment that my ac wasn't working after 9.5 hours I'm told they don't have an ac tech to look at it. 7am drop off. Told them I could wait till 4 to pick up. 3pm comes and no word from jayson so I call and leave a message. When he calls back. No information other than they haven't looked at the car ready yet. No safety inspection, no regular maintenance, no check on the battery. So I'm told now it'll be 4:30. When I get there at 4:20 I see my car on the lift. So it appears no work is done from 7am to 3pm and the last 80 minutes is piecing together an "inspection" and maintenance. Oh and no attempt was made to schedule an appointment for the ac. No offer of "here are times for us to fit you in since we couldn't today." Just a "we can schedule you for another time." You would think the rep would have been prepared to offer some available appointments. Only bright spot was Lisa who helped to schedule.Long story short. It's $225 for an oil change. You're not getting any type of inspection. If you're okay with that they do a fine job of changing oil. If they ask you what pick up time you want always tell them asap because otherwise they push you back. Doesn't matter if you drop off at 7am they'll do the work last minute, rush through it and then say they don't have an ac tech available for 9.5 hours. Go to Alex Brodie's or A&H Auto Repair on kapahulu much better service
