I came in here nervous since I only had less than an hour to pick out something for a bride to wear of her wedding day. It was very last minute. Jasmine was amazing, anything I wanted to see, any concepts I wanted to try, she gladly helped put a vision together. She helped design and piece together a necklace is less than 40 mins. Which was not expected but I am very appreciative of her time. The bride loved her piece and I highly recommend

I had a wonderful experience at this location and it was all thanks to Katherine( hopefully, I am got her name right but she is originally from NY). She was beyond great and helped me out of a pimple and saved a wedding. I cannot thank her enough. She needs a raise and promotion. I understand why that store remains packed when she is working.

I purchased permanent jewelry from a different store and been wearing it for over 7 months without a problem.
Then at this place, I got a matching one with my mom during our vacation and both of our “forever” bracelets broke in less than 3 months. Their permanent jewelry has no guarantees or refunds.

Typically, I get names when service is amazing. My sisters and I got “forever” bracelets to complete our Hawai’i trip. I appreciate the employees for making the experience special; also being transparent & honest on the best charms to choose to prevent your bracelet or anklet from breaking.

I had a wonderful experience at Kolohe! I got a permanent bracelet and the service was exceptional. The ladies working in the store are incredibly friendly. After I got the promise bracelet, I was wondering if I needed to make it a little longer, and went back to chat with the ladies. They were super willing to help however I ended up deciding I liked it just the way it was already. The first day that I stopped in, the owner was there and she was so friendly. They are very friendly and helpful without feeling that they are pushing a product on you. I just hope I’ll come back to Honolulu one day for another one and will continue to support this business!

I have an addiction to permanent jewelry and walked passed this store and had to go inside. It’s cute but small on the inside. Not busy at all on a weekday so we were attended to quickly. She did my bracelet quick and I love it. The jewelry is a bit pricey but average for permanent jewelry in my opinion. The surrounding location is very busy with restaurants and shops. We had a hotel nearby but parking I’m sure would be a pain.

Pretty store but disappointing service. First I was quoted an incorrect (lower) price. However I still ordered a custom necklace and when it arrived I found it was not made the way we discussed, and was not symmetrical so it isn’t wearable. I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone from the store for over a week. I had two sentimental pearls incorporated - so now I have a sloppy looking $200 necklace and the pearls are stuck on it :( super bummed.

I love getting jewelry from here while in Oahu! The staff is very friendly and attentive.I got an engraved necklace a year ago and it still looks nice . I don't shower with my jewelry but I wear it often and it looks like new. I love the jewelry is unique. I got beautiful earrings and you can also do permanent jewelry. It is a very nice place if you are with a group and want a nice keepsake! If you are in Waikiki, check out Kolohe! You won't find jewelry like the one here

My Bff & I came here to get matching $160 14K “forever” bracelets. I use quotations around forever because it only lasted 8 hours. It came off only by taking my hoodie off In TSA at the airport. I live in Wisconsin and was on my way home. I reached out and they refused to give me a refund. When I got it, they were having major issues with their welder machine took a million tries to even get it on. Obviously was their fault selling me a defective product. Shipping me a replacement with a clasp completely defeats the purpose of what I purchased. If I wanted a regular bracelet I would have bought one.

This shoppe seemed so cool online when I first came across it and when we arrived it was not as inviting as it seemed and definitely not that great of an experience as I have had before. The shop was not busy at all but the process was sloppy and rushed in comparison to other permanent jewelry boutiques I've visited. The employee was kind and respectful but didn't seem too enthused to help us which was a huge turn off for me. I did still get a gold filled bracelet and a charm which is very cute but just overall felt disappointed with the service.
