Frequently shop at the location on Kalālaua and have had great shopping experiences. Often bought earrings but also bought a cute wicker pineapple purse that holds my phone, wallet, sunscreen, and other small items for daily trips walking up and down Waikiki.

A shop that is not kids-friendly. If there are any issues with the children, please talk to the parents first. I don't think the staff should bypass the parents and directly tell the children what they did wrong, especially when the parents are right there. Otherwise, please place the accessories in display cases or clearly inform that touching is not allowed.

Don’t waste your time here. The store has a bunch of cheap trinkets that shouldn’t cost more than a few cents but is marked up to 15-20 dollars. Also the store lady like many have said in review was very creepy. She kept asking us if we need any help every three minutes. The third time she seemed to get annoyed that we hadn’t picked anything and we left. Terrible nasty experience.

me and my friends wanted to check out the store and whoever was working there followed our every step. she wasnt subtle about it too. whenever we moved, she would move with us.
another thing… we were looking at the fans by the register and she asked which one we were gonna buy and we told her that we were just looking. she walked away rolling her eyes. it was a very uncomfortable experience…!

Very uncomfortable shopping experience. The owner/cashier immediately came over to me and pretended to organize the slippers and accessories by the entrance. I felt like she was watching me shop. I left, not wanting to support the business. There is a similar souvenir shop a few doors down that was more welcoming.
Looks like the owner is blocking negative reviews from people with similar experiences.

Horrible product quality and customer service. Bought 4 items, two of them got broken within 1 day. Went back asking for exchange, was told " what are you expecting, they are cheap" . For a $20hat ,I expect it at least can last my 5 days vacation.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The person at the store was so very rude. All I did was browse through the store and that seemed to really piss her off, and I was kicked out of a store for no reason for the first time. I was not sandy or wet, i was there for barely 5 mins, I didn’t make any noise, I didn’t touch anything and I didn’t pester her at all. I noticed that she wasn’t behaving this way with everyone. I really don’t know what her beef was with me.

AVOID GOING HERE!!!Only giving this a 1 star to write a review. Like another person stated, the employee (or owner, not sure) was racist. I was looking for jewelry with turtles, so it took me some time to check everything out. She kept following me everywhere I went, under the pretext of “cleaning” what was already clean. She then started mumbling about how I was taking a long time. I ignored that the first few times and went up and asked her if she had what I was looking for. She didn’t understand English so I tried explaining it to her and tried asking questions. She pointed out to some direction and I went there to check.She came back in a couple minutes and asked me if I’ve decided on what to buy. I said that I’m still looking and she sharply cut me off and said “I don’t think you’ll decide today, go back and come tomorrow “. I was taken aback, but thought she was just kidding and still kept searching. She came to me again in a few minutes and said “I need to go out to get something, so you come back later”. So I left the store, stood in front of it to check my phone for directions.While I was standing outside checking my phone, a couple customers went into the store, and there was no sign of this employee leaving. That’s when it hit me that she threw me out of the store on purpose. That’s not even the worst part. She saw me standing in front of the store, came out and shooed me saying “you’re blocking the view, people can’t see what’s inside, move out of the way”. This is the first time I’ve been treated like this by a fellow Asian.What this person did screams racism and the lack of respect towards a customer/ human being. Nobody should be treated this way. If you have self respect, avoid going here. Nothing justifies the way this person treats people, that too a potential customer.

Family bought 3 pieces yesterday. 2 of them (hat and bag) broke today. They would not do an exchange nor a refund. DO buy the poor quality products there. Our broke in 1 Day !!!

Horrible product quality. We bought 4 items, 2 of them were broken after 24hours. We probably only used for 2 hours max. Regular use. Went back asking for a replacement. Was told " what are you expecting, they are cheap".

Everything from this store can be purchased for cheaper on Temu, Shein, and other online selling apps like Wish or Amazon. They up price everything. The whole store is a scam. All of the jewelry tarnishes / turns your skin green. None of these products are handmade in hawaii, like they say. The staff will also tell you the products are handmade in Hawaii, when they are really shipped from China. The workers cut off any tags and replace the jewelry and hats with their own brand name to give off the appearance it is their own handmade product. The staff has made homophobic and racist comments to eachother about customers in the store thinking no one else can hear them. they get a lot of undeserved business.
