Higa Meats provides good quality meats and cuts that are to the customers' liking. Poultry, beef, or pork, whatever the selection, the price is reasonable. Staff service is good. They're welcoming, friendly, and helpful in getting your meats sorted out. Inside looks to be like an office, but they have the freezer and equipment in the back. Friendly, helpful, and professional people every single time! I've been shopping w HIGA Meats for years and I'm so impressed. In 10 years I only had one time when I wasn't satisfied with the product. They couldn't move quickly enough to make it right. They are the gold standard for service and quality.

Higa Meats and Pork Market is definitely one of the secret hidden gem places for meats. It was my first time visiting but I was completely happy with the prices and the quality of the meat that they carry. I took some menu for the future order as well. For this particular visit, I just ended up ordering some 8 pounds of Choice Kalbi Ribs. Although it was choice, I felt the marbling and quality of the meat was definitely on par with the Prime Cuts. I'm very happy with their kind customer service, also the kalbi meat was just juicy as it can be. I will definitely be returning here and visiting them again. Thank you Higa Meat and Pork Market.

I was looking for a place that sold Beef short ribs in Hawaii. The pack was frozen with 12 huge large ribs. The service was super helpful and the workers at the window answered all my questions. They can even cut the meat up for packaging...

My friend and I were looking for good quality grass fed beef for a good price. Because of covid local grocery stores have been very hit-or-miss this year. I called and got great customer service over the phone. And I asked a lot of questions! So just to be clear this is not a walk-up meat market. You call at least 2 hours in advance and place your order then combine pick up You call at least 2 hours in advance and place your order then pick up. I was pleased I didn't have to bring cash, they take credit cards too. Instead of making me buy a big chub of hamburger meat I have to then break it up myself at home they did it for me. I had a little trouble finding them on Nimitz Highway, but now I know for next time. They're kind of across the street from that big Salvation Army store. Get there early because they close at 3pm. I'll go back again for fresh meat at great prices!
