Wasted almost 2 hours of my time.
First they said they can fix it without insurance
Then the story changed to them to them saying they have an estimate but would charge for a printed out estimate.
Then they said I can take it to another shop for calibration and they could do all the work
2 minutes after that it changes to GAR doing the headlight and then doing the calibration.
Then the final story is he doesn’t feel “comfortable “ doing the work without insurance.
The reality is they want to charge $10k plus more than likely for a simple headlight change.

Not only was the customer service top-notch, but the quality of work on my truck was also exceptional. When I picked it up, it looked like new again. The attention to detail was evident, and I was impressed by how well they restored my vehicle.
Also I was surprised by how quickly they completed the repairs. 1 week!
They finished the job in a timely manner without sacrificing quality, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, I highly recommend this auto body shop. The combination of excellent customer service, quality workmanship, and timely service makes them stand out from the rest. I will definitely be returning for any future auto body needs."

Charges you $50 for an estimate, writes an estimate that's $700 higher than another shop's estimate, and refuses to repair your car because you show them a lower estimate.

HORRIBLE experience. I do not recommend. Steve Bautista The owner and manager needs to find another career. Extremely unprofessional and very ignorant. Him and his company are scammers. Ended up getting money from me but never actually fixed my vehicle. Shame on this company for scamming and taking peoples money without even fixing the issue. I do NOT recommend this place. Do yourself a favor and find a REAL mechanic elsewhere.

Been going to these guys for the last two accidents. This recent accident I had I went to them to replace a rear bumper. Everyone else is cool except the manager. He was being a Prick. When they were the ones who did a bad paint job on the bumper with the paint runs and all these small issues with the paint job when I first got it back initially. They never like repaint the bumper there's a part where they pulled the tape off and the paint peeled off. They didn't want to fix it. Like I said customer service in the office is cool. But the manager is fkn pissy all the time. Never again I coming to this place. I never even paint the bumper and he giving me hard time. Lose money. I hope you read this message and fix your attitude. Looossah. Never again I coming back for sure.

Did not complete all rear-end damage on my truck. Also a month later I found my truck was covered with over spray. I called they said talk to the insurance company. I called the insurance company. They said they would get back to me. Never called me back. I will be taking this to small claims court.

Had a small company car to have safety inspected. My mechanic met me there with the car and he has worked with a kind girl working there. She asked us to move the car to the shop and then some guy with tattooed arms showed up with his iPad and went ballistic about the car needing some things done before he would pass it. In the past, my experience was, that the shops would fail the car, collect their money, and provide a window of time to deal with the issues. This guy went off on us and basically threw us out. Really a really angry guy and brutal customer service. Think twice about going there. We wrote a letter to Progressive Insurance also since they do claims adjusting for them. Went to Starkey's down the street ...night and day service. Aloha!

Worse communication I've ever dealt with I got no call about when my parts might be coming in so I could schedule a rental, no call to let me know more damage were found and my car had to be held longer, didn't send my insurance the supplement either to extend the rental since the car had to be held longer so the rental was terminated so now I have no transportation because global auto couldn't do their job.

Global Auto Repairs are my favorite shops, they are like other shops that make my vehicle dirty upon pickup. They are also fast unlike the one shop took almost one year to repair the driver’s door and fender.

Avoid at all costs! Repair estimates are not even close to accurate. Shop is unwilling to call and give information or updates. Staff is disorganized and not on the same page. Price is at or above competitors close by. No sense of urgency from anyone I interacted with.Service: Body & Trim

Global Auto Repair - without a doubt the best auto body repair company I've ever dealt with. I'm sure we all have horror stories regarding trying to get your cat repaired after an accident. Progressive insurance had me take my car to Global for an estimate After Global doing such a great job with that I decide to try and see how they would do fixing my car I was pleasantly surprise with the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff in ever phase They even helped arrange a rental for me while my car was being repaired When I got my car back, it looked brand new , even had a new car smell ? Wow ! Fantastic satisfaction and would definitely use their service again if needed.
