Good, clean store and they seem pretty helpful and friendly. Most of the time they have worked with me to find a game if they are out of stock even without asking.My only issue is that when I renewed my Pro Membership, they put it on auto-renew with the payment method I used without even asking.Not sure if that is a system thing that they can’t control but even if it is, they should warn customers. For those who have subscribed to pro in-store (if you feel it is worth it), please make sure you want auto-renew. You can set that online if needed.

Most inconvenient hours. Yelp says open at 10 am. So I came to pick up in store what I ordered online. They are closed. Sign says open at noon. Most inconvenient. They should update their hours online and stop wasting people's time.

Friendly staff and great experience. Good deals. The selection of games seemed a little sparse compared to other gamestops on island, but overall I got what I wanted.

I've bought 2 used systems from here now and both times no power cord. Other than that awesome place but these guys really gotta make sure they've got all the right parts before packaging these things.

Not bad. If you need something sooner rather than later, this is a good stop. It seems like the selection is limited and there is not much in the way of (associated) toys anymore.

Gamestop had a promo for 9 dollar off regular Tees. I saw that and grabbed like 5 shirts I wanted and than was told at checkout that 2 x shirts are excluded. Not couple dollars more just full price no sale on 2x shirts. Horrible experience. Staff was great just Horrible way to do a promotion.

I had called ahead of time to see if they still had the sailor moon sanitizers and the guy confirmed which ones they specifically had, by color not character name lol. I made my way and they helped me locate where it was in store. I don't often buy the merchandise from GameStop, but from time to time we do and some games. But still not enough for me to actually purchase a membership lol. The store was quite busy when I walked in but we scored parking right out front. This location is quite far from me, but I do like shopping at this mall and getting my sons haircut near by so I'm sure I'll pop in from time to time. Especially if they carry more sailor moon merch or bring back more of the sanitizers.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to trade in my used XBOX 360, controllers, and games for store credit.
