Blown away by the impeccable work. I did not think my truck could get that clean. I now plan to ask Capone, a class act, to do my exterior body work and paint. Absolutely recommend Capone for all your vehicle needs.

don’t waste your money!! probably the worst detailing experience i’ve ever had. i purchased a full interior/exterior package and they did a terrible job. i highlighted my main consents when dropping off the car and none of them were dealt with when i picked it up. the employees are terrible at communicating with you and i was charged an arm and a leg for them to do the same thing i could’ve done at a $5 car wash

We were vacationing in Hawaii. I got a minor scratch but needed a repaint for it on rental car. I needed to get that done super fast so that we can continue with vacation and return the car as delivered. I found Capone Ultimate on Google maps. I had some paint damage due to tree sap. I had purchased a Permaplate protection plan from the dealership when I purchased the car. When I submitted a claim to Permaplate they had me schedule an appointment at Capone's Ultimate Detail Auto Body and Paint. The customer service from Yvonne and Michelle was amazing! They were friendly and professional. When I dropped the car off I also had a chance to meet Capone himself who came out and looked the car over. He saw that I had some nasty scratches on the passenger side of my car and offered to buff out the scratches for a fair price (the price was more than fair). When I picked up my car the next day my car looked amazing! The whole car was washed and looked almost brand new. I highly recommend Capone's for anyone needing work done. Thank you everyone at Capone's for making my car look awesome!

I was referred to Capone's Ultimate Detail due to paint overspray. While I assumed the work would be completed within a day they explained that my entire car would need to be buffed and would take approximately 2 days. However, frustration turned into delight when I saw my vehicle. It turns out this was a blessing in disguise as my car was clean and polished. Later, I realized they also thoroughly vacuumed inside; what a delightful surprise as I thought they would only work on the outside. I like that they have you inspect your car before you leave and the owner even greeted me during this time. I left feeling valued and important; not just another car. I would highly suggest giving them a try!

Seems like there was almost no soap being dispensed on the car while I was in the car wash tunnel. I paid for the $15 wash and I basically saw water spraying on my car without any soap. In the beginning the gentleman with the power washer asked if I wanted a blast from the power washer wand, which surprised me a bit, but I said yes. I am not used to seeing a pressure washer blasted on the car prior to an automatic car wash, but I knew that I had a ton of bugs on my windshield and front of the car so I said sure what the heck. Not sure how much pressure is actually coming out of that wand but I have a feeling since they are asking before they spray it is a concern for many people. My car was pretty clean when I went into the wash and it is only a bit cleaner coming out. Not a bad wash if you are in a bind, and need to get some dirt off, but definitely not one of the better experiences I have had.

I used to take my cars to get detailed at their old Queen St location and they always did a top notch job. I recently purchased a used car from a nearby dealership that needed to be detailed and have its roof repainted. The vehicle was in 1 accident according to the Carfax, but the dealership told me it only affected the fender (idk if they even knew). Anyway, I brought it to Capone's and the guys did a great job painting the roof. I don't have any background on the car, having only had it for 2 weeks, so some paint was washed off in the process. I was able to work it out with them and get the work done later. Really impressed with Capone's honesty and integrity and will refer business to them which is why I'm writing this review.
