Let me start with this. Darrell Medeiros is the man!With that being said, I would highly recommend C and H Body and Fender Inc. for all your insurance or personal auto body repair needs. When all the other shops wouldn't take my vehicle in for repairs, Darrell didn't even blink. That's what you call class and high-quality customer service. Mahalo again, Darrell!

Phenomenal customer service and quality of work. I've had to bring two vehicles for repairs and both times the front desk staff were so pleasant to deal with. I've even recommended them to friends due to this and their superior quality of work.

We have worked with C&H twice after two accidents, for which we were not at fault. They took a very frustrating experience (dealing with an accident caused by another party) and made it as painless as possible. From the start, their customer service was noticeably superior to other companies I contacted. They were honest with repair dates and expectations, which I appreciated. They kept us in the loop for the entire repair process. Not only were they able to get my vehicle in early, they were able to finish early- which was unexpected, but appreciated. Someone backed into my Toyota Camry and USAA gave me a list of places to choose from. However, C & H stood out to me. So I took the chance and at first glance I was nervous because it's not a huge space, but I prefer quality over quantity. I came in for the appraisal and it has gone so smooth. All of the staff were smiling and kind. Also, the process was so easy and quick that I couldn't even believe it. I will definitely come back with an update after the work is done.

My 2002 audi was hit in back fender and side and wheel rim by someone with Allstate insurance. Audi recommended a couple of places but some wouldn't take his insurance. I'm glad C & H does! Took about a week to get approval from insurance company for about $10,000 claim. I scheduled repair while on a trip knowing that it would take 3 weeks. While on vacation I would get updates on progress and they also took my car to Audi for alignment and suspension check, all inclusive in repair. I got my black car back in perfectly matching color and couldn't tell where the repair was. Amazing! Excellent service and great people who really make you comfortable.

This shop is highly organized and always delivers perfect repairs on time. From the moment you come in you are greeted by friendly staff that are ready to help. They give thorough inspections and work directly with insurance in most cases. I have had a couple repairs at the shop and I am extremely happy with their work. Hopefully I won't be back, but if something happens, it's the only place I would use for repairs.

C&H Body & Fender absolutely exceeded our expectations of service, quality and cost. My severely damaged Toyota Tacoma was repaired and looks like new. My wife and I could not be happier. The service we received from Darrel, Taren and Donna was exceptional. We were treated like Ohana. C & H Body & Fender was amazing start to finish. They exceeded my expectations in every category. The repair is flawless and the customer service was off the charts. The process was explained in detail, i was kept apprised of the progress of repair and Darrell and Taryn were so very patient and pleasant to work with. I read reviews of C & H online before selecting them for repair and i can sincerely say they live up to all of the glowing reviews they've received from their customers. Great Service on all fronts!

Staff needs to communicate more with the clients and keep everyone on the same page both with their vehicles and the insurance companies. Also I don’t recommend unless your willing to wait to actually have an appointment 1-2 months later.

I was referred to an auto body shop to get an estimate on a few repair items for my car.I spoke to Darrell and he took a quick look at my car. He was knowledgeable and very professional. Mahalo to Darrell and the office staff for the awesome job fixing our van. They estimated that it would take at least 3 weeks and lived up to that estimate. They worked directly with our insurance State Farm and Enterprise car rental for a loaner while they made the repairs. Highly recommend them to anyone who may need their services.
