a huge MAHALO PLENTY!! to Lisa and Floral Mart Hawaii!! we flew into Hilo from HNL and had only heard from others about the quality and beauty of the bouquets from Floral Mart . we needed a special occassion aloha floral arrangement and they provided a masterpiece! the delivery went smoothly and our transaction was stress-free. appreciate how nicely we Oahu people were treated....now we are devoted to FMH!!! we hv seen and experienced great work up front and personally!!! call early to be sure flowers you want are available...FMH can only do so much. ..your advance planning really helps them help you!!!

I was looking for flowers for my wedding and my maid of honor recommended this place. So I called but was surprised with the service I received given the Mart’s high reviews.Lisa was helping me over the phone and everytime I would explain the type of flower/foliage I wanted, she would make me feel really d*** since I wasn't using the right terms. It was like the vision I had in mind was stupid, horrendous, etc. On top of this she was so rude to me. I didn't appreciate the way she spoke to me. Just overall bad experience and service on Lisa's end.I ended up ordering my flowers from another place that worked with and made my vision come to life in ways that exceeded my expectations. Sad, because I love to shop local but did not feel any aloha from this place.Not sure if Lisa is still working there, but if you’re looking to actually have your wishes heard and honored then this isn’t the place for you.

Two weeks ago I had a 100$ orchid bouquet sent to a friend in Hilo. The orchids were sent and delivered without a card for whom they were intended for or from. The orchids sat on my friends’ desk for two weeks not knowing who sent them. Finally I called my friend to ask if he’d received the orchids. They were relived to know I sent themToday I called Floral mart to tell them. Just so they wouldn’t do it again. No apologies, no effort to make it good. Rude. No manners. Bad business. They’ve lost my business forever more.

Gorgeous haku lei custom made for my daughter's graduation at UH Hilo! They said they would use a variety of color, and we couldn't be happier with the results! It was vibrant and enchanting. This picture was taken 1 week after we received it and, as you can see, it was still fresh and beautiful a week later (we kept it refrigerated).

Ordered from Portland OR Disappointing. Tried them for the first time as I also purchase from Kui & I --- made a special request for my daughter's favorite flowers and she got 1 flower of each and carnations for the rest. It was like they just grabbed any flower without thought and sent it out. I would never shop there again. Kui & I always send a picture of their finish product as well. Owner never even tried to make it right! I like giving small business' a try! Well lesson learned!

So friendly, nice and great customer service. Prices are reasonable and selection is great. For me it is the only place to go for my floral needs. And the pink building is so cute.
