They answer phones, I spoke with people, they did not follow up & on 3 separate occasions that spanned a few too many weeks. Terrible customer service and I was referred to them from a mechanic.

Customer service here is real. Super appreciate great service and this place did a great job. Reinard and Reilly took care of us and we have no complaints!!! Mahalo Tony Honda Hilo for providing service that most businesses these days have forgotten!!!

Clint in Service is a great guy and the others in the Service and Parts dept ard great too that's the only redeeming thing about Tony Honda Hilo. Hence the 4⭐ review.Prices for service have gone up since Tony Honda took overI can't believe they are still charging $5000 for "Covid" fee on the new cars SHAME ON YOU capitalizing on the pandemic

They charged me $250 to change a light bulb in the cabin and tighten a switch. This place is a complete rip-off that should be avoided at all costs.

I brought my vehicle in for its first service, first oil change and purchased it new. The service department racked up a $2,000 bill and told me I needed the transmission, brake fluid and coolant flushed and replaced on top of additional charges for labor and other items. The vehicle had less than 5,000 miles and was purchased new.I stated that I did not require the types of services they were recommending. Additionally, I had paid for the first three services when I purchased the vehicle and got the full warranty. After they realized they were not going to take advantage of me my bill came out to zero as I already paid up front for the services. I can only imagine how many elders or other people were unknowingly taken advantage of by this dealership.Watch out for these clowns, they belong in the circus.

I was told that they had lost my credit application and suggested that I pull one again. Why would I want my credit report to take a double hard pull which makes it go down 3 points each pull? I took my business elsewhere and would never suggest going to Tony Honda especially with an inept credit department that 'loses' your credit application. I went with Laura Ann at Aiona Car Sales. Find her. She's pretty amazing.

Leasing a car at Tony Honda Hilo was a seamless and generally efficient auto buying experience.I called Tony Honda Hilo looking for a new HRV. This was the only dealership of all the ones I called in Kona, Hilo, and Honolulu that actually had a receptionist that answered the phone. She took my information and said a salesperson would call me back soon.The salesman Jarrett called back within the hour and took my information. I told him exactly what I was looking for (model, trim, and price), and I even told him, "no BS, either you can do it or you can't." He got me the HRV that I wanted for the price that I wanted to pay. The HRVs at Tony Honda also come with Pro Pak (enhanced mud guards, door trim, etc.), wheel locks, and a Tony Care Package (first three oil changes and tire rotations free), which was included in the monthly cost (that other dealerships could not do).I drove from Kona to Hilo for the car and the service that Jarrett provided. He had the car washed already. We went for a test drive, and he showed me some of the new features of the vehicle. When we returned to the dealership, the documents and insurance were already printed and set up for me. The Finance rep Marc was also easy to work with; he did not push hard the way that other finance reps do. Jarrett detailed through the paperwork, explained the remaining aspects of the car, and gave me the keys. Excellent.This was the sixth dealership I visited (Honda, Subaru, Toyota in Kona, Hilo, and Honolulu), and I wish that they were the first ones that I contacted.
