The pharmacy here is 1 out of 10. I've never waited less than 15 mins, and their drive thru window is often broken or closed.

I visited Walgreens pharmacy recently and had a disappointing experience. Despite waiting for over 8 minutes, the staff seemed more focused on shuffling pills around than attending to the waiting customers. In particular, a Korean staff member, showing no interest in assisting or even acknowledging our presence. When I finally managed to get her attention, her attitude was less than welcoming.
To top it off, I arrived for a scheduled vaccine appointment only to be told they didn't have it in stock. It's frustrating to have appointments confirmed only to find out they can't be fulfilled.
I hope the staff can improve their customer service skills and ensure appointments are only scheduled when they have the necessary supplies available.

I just tried to print a document at Walgreens ewa beach location and the “manager Kristian” without even reviewing my documents… rudely said that they can’t print medical documents and I proceeded to inform him that it was not a medical paper in any form and the document has absolutely nothing to do with anything medical related and he , again, without even looking advised me me “that under HIPAA laws we can’t print that document here”. Again, without even looking at my document. Same document was printed many times in different Walgreens locations without any problem. Not the kind of behavior that we expect from Walgreens employees. Being that he is a manager I would expect him to help me however, he just quoted laws that do not pertain to the document and refused to help us. Very unprofessional employees.

Great service. I love to shop on their website and pick up in store. They are efficient and friendly, far better than longs drugs Ewa town center. Give the staffs here raises because that’s what they deserve.

They wont accept my bluecross insurance card. I dont understand ive used the same card at so many other pharmacies l. Worst customer service

This pharmacy here as a joke. There was an antibiotic called in for my INFANT daughter and they said it takes about 3 hours? I disagree! I myself currently work for a Walgreens pharmacy and I’ve never ever quoted someone that long of a wait especially an ANTIBIOTIC. I get it if it’s busy and trust me, my location is one of the busiest in the state but this is just ridiculous. Definitely not happy at all

Came into this location to have a passport photo done, just for the staff to say there was no photo tech and that they wouldn’t be coming in until another hour. My suggestion would be to either update your website of you times or make sure you’re staffed with staff who are educated in the services you provided.

Beware of their customer service, an older lady who work there told me if I make purchase worth of $15 I’ll get a $5 reward certificate, so i ran and grabbed stuff to make it $16, and when i asked her where is the certificate she said ohh its gonna be shown in your app in 5 minutes, guess what the $5 reward doesn’t show up in my app, and I wonder who gets to keep the $5 paper certificate. I left and pray She will get her karma, its not about $5, it’s about honesty.

Bought me a skin care product, I only found one on the shelf in the aisle I was at. I asked the counter girl if there was another one in stock because it was 2x for $50 instead of paying one for $35. She told me I had the last one. Walking out the door I see one in the window, I go back to the counter to return the item cause she lied. She said I can't return it without an ID like I wasn't there one minute ago. I was like are you serious? You didn't ID me when I bought it what's the difference? I told her to put it on hold and if I go back and it's not there I'm making a WHOLE COMPLAINT WITH COOPERATE. Wasting my time.

This store has a bad case of low morale among their workers. Workers are usually upset and portray that in their service. Long lines and upset tones are a constant here. I frequent this store 3-5 times a week for convenience but the service leaves a mark.

I had a FedEx package to return, according to FedEx website could drop off at Walgreens. Nope....no labels, rude punk clerk obviously wasn't trained in customer service. Normally don't shop here, definitely won't now. Ghetto !!!!!
