Much improved over just after the "Out with the old, in with the new" crew took over. Still a bit of a shelf nightmare when trying to find specific medicines or vitamins, and while they revamped the "Pick Up" This caused the cold &flu section to be covered by waiting in line. It's a good layout if the store had about an extra 3-4 feet though. My pharmacy is stuck in the strip mall from the 1950's. No room, no room, no room. The new employees seemed to have cheated up a bit. No more Ling waits while the solo clerk put bagged Rx's on the shelf. I agree that it's a job for extreme overlapping skills. But making a customer wait at the counter for 5 minutes while you work in full view of them it feels like an hour.

Seems like staff never smiles or is really forcing a fake smile. Never says sorry,; likes to say corporate or blames the computer/refill prescription system . Ever since Leland pharmacist left, seems like staff overworked & not as friendly. There are 2 employees that are exceptions that are nice but the rest of the crew needs a new job!

This is review is specifically for the register girl with glasses! Honestly the most awful customer service human I have ever encountered! For some reason I always happen to catch her and she has the worst attitude; which should be addressed. She gave me attitude today cuz I ordered five items and asked for a bag? I could only laugh! The prior times I picked up proscription or Covid tests and I seriously can’t wrap my head around our encounters.From a pharmacy location prospective they always have Covid test which is the primary reason I visit; to include all one’s Pharma needs. So I’d give the location a four star from that prospective.

A bought star bursts here a while back, but they were covered in dust and were old. I guess maybe do not buy candy here, but the pharmacy itself is nice and the workers were nice as well.

All I needed was cream or ointment for my sore finger. I was told to show it to pharmacist at the consultant counter,,was ignored and waited for 20 minutes..I left.Terrible.
