Owner of shop says he had a new timing belt installed when there is no sticker under the hood indicating that this had ever been done at all. I was sold a 1999 Honda Odyssey with nearly 200k miles and the original timing belt that came with the vehicle. I trusted Right Away Motors and it ended up putting me nearly $7000 in the hole after all the work I had done on the vehicle, which is now totaled due to engine damage after only 5 months.

IF you want a vehicle, go visit this Mr. Jon Maddox at Right-Away Motors! Wonderful Godly gentleman named Jon helped us. He was very respectful, honest & caring. We weren't able to purchase a car that day, but do plan on returning to purchase the vehicle we test drove. They don't finance our far out(we drove an hour to get there), but he did say that he was willing to work with us in order to be able to make the trade we wanted & purchase the vehicle we want. Like I said in the beginning, wonderful, Godly gentleman, who knew the business & explained several ways for us to purchase the vehicle & offered to take care of the only problem we seen with the vehicle. He said he stands behind his work & I, honestly, believe that! There aren't many dealers & dealerships around that will do that! If you want a vehicle, I highly highly recommend Right-Away Motors! 100%

They must be pretty attached to the vehicles on the lot because they don't really seem to eager to sell them. Every time I have stopped at their office it was closed. I called to inquire about a vehicle and my call was forwarded and I received a text from the salesman (Jon Mattox) informing me he would be available after 2pm. I called back around 2:40pm and again my call was forwarded to a voicemail box that was either not set up or completely full and again I received a text saying he couldn't talk at the moment but would call me back. And that's all she wrote. Still have not heard back from him and I am taking my business and money elsewhere.

I bought my son a truck from Right-Away Motors recently and encountered several glitches, mostly with the tag office. Jon and the owner both worked to resolve the issues, a rarity for post purchase car dealers. They remained friendly and courteous throughout the process. I have been pleasantly surprised with their work ethic.
