Beware of credit card scam. I was shopping at the outlet about 1 week ago and my credit card I was using by tapping at the other stores was declined at Steve Madden only. So so I swiped it in the reader and it was declined as well, so I pulled out my debit card and swiped it and it went went through. I then continued shopping at other stores with my credit card and it worked well at the other stores. Fast forward 3 days later I’m getting hit with all these strange online purchases on my debit card, I quickly caught it and froze it. Then the charges on my debit card that were being declined were now being charged to my credit card. I’ve now frozen both, but I still get notified of the attempts. Steve Madden was the only store I had swiped both cards. Buyers beware!

While shopping for a new pair of booties, Caitilyn asked if I needed some help, which I did, and she was just lovely and so helpful! She was showing me different boots and suggesting sizes and really took the time to make sure I was happy with the boots I was buying. Overall, great customer service! It is refreshing to have a customer service representative that goes above and beyond. Skylah at the Steve Madden Woodstock, GA store did just that! She took the time to find an obscure handbag that no one else could/would take the time or effort to look for. She deserves a raise and a promotion! Excellent customer service at this store.
