They do not provide comprehensive medical wellness for pets as there was nothing comprehensive about my last poor experiences with them for my precious cat Rosie. I guess it's only about money and perhaps how much they like the owner or something rather than the health and wellness of your pet. Hate to say it, but that's been my experience. I called up there a few days ago and unfortunately I spoke with Fran. I knew I didn't like her pretentious demeanour, but now I know for a fact since she pretended not to remember us and then couldn't bother to even give me a call back regarding medication I urgently need for my cat. She was initially going to have me come and get it, but in a split second changed her mind and said she'd consult whoever knows before getting back to me and she never did. She tried to gaslight me into saying I needed to follow up about things regarding our last visit which was a complete lie from hell considering I followed up a few times in different ways. Honestly it's absolute B.s. I'm happy to never go back to hwy 92 animal hospital/ Towne lake animal hospital. Capitalist america makes me so sick and they are a prime example of it.

We have felt very much like family at this practice. We have a senior dog, a young dog, and a puppy. I feel like the staff takes a sincere interest in our boys, and they take our concerns very seriously when making recommendations. Additionally, they are sighthound knowledgeable, which is often hard to find.

I took my dog here at the recommendation of a groomer. He had some matting on his face near the eyes. He also wouldn't let anyone get near his nails so we needed to take him to a vet in case he needed anesthesia. Everyone was so kind and caring. They were also judgement free, quick and my dog got the best groom of his 12 years. I am so grateful.

BEWARE!!! Unfortunately, I couldn’t post without marking at least one star. Customer service is terrible! They overcharge you when they can and then argue with you when you question the charges!!

This is not the normal vet we go to. My vet didn't have any appointments the week we wanted to get in. The vet and the vet tech at this place were very nice and patient. We will definitely go back!

Dr. Howard and her staff are incredible! We had a scary situation last summer and luckily we had the care and support of her entire team. They went above and beyond to keep us updated and provide incredible care for our fur baby Lincoln.
Both of our dogs get groomed here as well and they LOVE it! Both dogs get scared of grooming leading up to when we started here and it’s been the best experience with Candice. Our dogs come home happy and look fabulous!

Excellent and friendly staff. When I found a lost dog they had no problem with me coming in 10 minutes before they close and had no issue staying late to help me locate the owner of this dog. Even after scanning the dogs chip and it came back with the incorrect phone number for the owner they offered to board and take care of the dog for the night. Then went out of their way to locate the dog's owner the next morning. After locating the dog's owner they were even kind enough to give me a phone call to let me know that the dog will be home and safe by the end of the day.

I came to Highway 92 AH for care at a very difficult and emotional time and I’m so thankful that I did. The entire staff are so kind, compassionate, and thoughtful. I can’t recommend them enough.

We’ve been coming here for a few years now. Staff goes above and beyond for our pets . Our dogs Holly and Piper love coming here, and we think squeaks our cat may be a little well known throughout the clinic . 10 stars if possible.

My puppy had an injured paw and they were so accommodating. They were able to work her in last minute and the staff was so nice. Everyone there was knowledgeable and patient. I can tell everyone there really enjoys working there. The Vet was also very informative and personable. He called after her surgery with updates and described her medications and his vet tech reiterated everything to the T. I love this place and will be sending more people here. Also they have a grooming salon I can’t wait to try out. I met the groomers while there. They showed my Gigi so much love and eased my anxiety. Thank y’all so much!
