Took my truck here a couple of weeks ago, charged me $300 for a misdiagnosis. Took my truck to a honest, local mechanic who fixed the ACTUAL issues for under HALF the cost G & S quoted. Seriously don’t even try to ask these guys questions about your vehicle, they’re a joke compared to the G & S on Lower Roswell.

Friendly, communication. Expediant service, but lackluster results. I trusted my vehicle with thier mechanics to resolve a heating issue on my 2010 Dodge Journey and sadly they not only misdiagnosed the issue, but I paid for a procedure that did nothing towards remedying my problem.
