I've called twice to inquire about something previously discussed with who I'm assuming is a manager. She was friendly, but has not been there today. Whoever was there, and answered the phone both times has the worst attitude, very short and clearly agitated that she's being inconvenienced by doing her job. Smh.

Poorly run store. I came and bought 2 items and when i went to check out, 2 older ladies working in the front were standing there talking while there was a huge line. Poor customer service. If you care about your personal time, don't bother with this store. The dollar general down the road has much better customer service and prices.

I mean I understand I came in 30 minutes before closing but I literally took less than 5 minutes to get what I needed. I get to the register say Hi how are you? Didn’t get a response.. so I think well maybe she didn’t hear me. I wait for her to tell me the amount owed so I asked she tells me the amount with an eye roll. Still I brush it off because who knows maybe she’s just having a bad day. So I tell her to have a great night and she didn’t say a word. Just very unfriendly. I mean maybe she was just having a bad day or something but still just very rude. If she was having a bad day I wish her better days ahead. Was just trying to be friendly.
