I am very disappointed in the new policy of having to walk through the store to get pizza. Maybe they can invest in better technology like Sam's to track members going into the store. Thanks for the rude treatment at the customer service desk.

The door security is getting over the top. Line on the way in, line on the way out and a giant picture of my head on the iPad scanner. I'm starting to think TSA is more responsible with my time than Costco.

Ryan and Chase at the tire center did an amazing job in addressing my car’s flat tire. They were very humble and kind to take my appointment near closing time and the best thing is that they did everything without any haste, they properly carried out the procedure with all checks and balances. I rate them both top notch in their trade and in dealing with customer. Thanks once again!

The pizza ordering process needs clarification.
We were quoted 30 minutes on the phone and arrived 30 minutes later and were told our pizza was not even in the oven yet. 3 people who had placed orders after our phone call picked up orders of pizza before us. I know this because I asked them when they placed their order and was told times that post dated the time we had placed our order. At a minimum the pizza ordering process should be a queue with order determined by call time.
We stood and watched as dozens of people who had placed orders well after us be served. The staff was dismissive of our concerns and repeatedly stated that they were “working it”
I personally witnessed them make the same pizza that we had ordered and set it to the side and then not deliver it to anyone. As we left that pizza remained in the overhead bin. At a minimum even if that pizza was destined for another order given that the product being produced is of uniform size and quality, it is inconsequential whether a specific pizza goes to one customer or the next. A pizza should not be left sitting in an overhead bin when it meets the order description of a customer actively waiting for pizza. Especially when the waiting customers order could be completed at that moment.

I was in a rush and making my way to the food court and was stopped and told to go outside and back around to the front to scan my card for the FOOD COURT where you do NOT need the card. And after pointing this out, the lady at the customer service register still shouted to go outside even though I was halfway there, that was ridiculous and unnecessary. You not need a card for the food court so sending me out was a waste of time. If this happens again I simply won't buy food from here.

Shopping experience gets worse and more consumer hostile with every visit. First they took away scan guns at the self checkout. Now you have to scan your card to even get inside, and at self checkout they make you pull out bulk/large items from your cart to place on the tray next to the register.

Very busy when we went, however I do not know of a time that I have been to Costco and it not be busy.
However they do have plenty of parking, a great selection and the staff is friendly and helpful.
