I would NEVER recommend this establishment. The owners are rude, bigoted, nasty, unprofessional and should be ashamed at how they treat people. Steer clear, I don’t care how desperate you are find some other place. Even the police wanted to help me when they made it harder.

I would advice everyone that have an accident never to take their cars to that shop, those people are rude and they never ever answers their phone. I wish there was a 0 star I would have given them that. They don't deserve a star.

This is the worse place of business I have came across in my life. The owners are rude, unprofessional, and prejudiced. I came in to inquire about a car for a friend in need. The man in front, claiming to own the business, looked and talked to us like we were nothing. Stay away if all is possible. No one with this type of attitude and manners, should not be dealing with the public. STAY AWAY BE ALL MEANS NECESSARY! Please

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Brown and Brown. I've read the reviews and I don't agree with the negative comments. I've been in constant contact with this company and they were very transparent with me every step of the way. When I had an issue or questions they answered with integrity and transparency. My vehicle looks like new. I highly recommend Brown and Brown customs in Winder Ga. If I could give them a 10 instead of 5 it's well deserved

If I could leave zero stars I would. The fact that they like to bully, harrass, and threat, and lie to anyone they do business with is horrible enough. Steer clear of this place. No, the lady who claims to work for the sheriffs department does not another lie to intimidate others. You cannot intimidate everyone and think it’s okay. We will not be silenced! Charging admin fees when you are a paint and body shop is ridiculous!

After getting the run around for the last 9 months we went today to pick it up knowing it was not done and she threatened and called sheriff on us. The rudest and worst customer service I have ever experienced and no you will not save money or time with them like they try to tell you. Fair warning DO NOT USE THEM to tow or fix your vehicle. Worst nightmare.

I highly recommend brown and brown. My family and I have used them over the years for repair work. Unfortunately My truck has had to be fixed about four or five times due wrecks or someone striking my vehicle. Each time they fix it. On occasions the wait time has been a little longer but working on the field where I see car repairs done every day I know that it is back ordered parts. Recently I have even seen a truck get totaled just bc the seat belt part was no longer made for a certain vehicle.
To put it into perspective I have a fleet vehicle at a dealership due to a dead rat in it. It has been there over three weeks and they were just able to get to it. It is not the dealership fault as again I know parts and labor issues cause delays.
There has been times where Jammie her self has advocated for us by dealing with insurance carriers. I have even had situation with my mom’s car. The vehicle as safe to drive but the parts where on back order so Jamie ordered the parts. After five or so weeks the parts came in and they fixed the vehicle in four days.
Again I am very appreciative of Brown and Brown. In my experience I have seen numerous questionable body shops. I have the utmost respect for brown and brown.

-to SARA who stated I lied ..first off I was asked when he came in to call BCSO bc he had warrants from strangulation and Assault! I turned in my ticket and was right by the amount that was received! You are a liar!! Austin is the registered owner and you were told the rules of said release in front of a City Of Winder officer who also confirmed said protocol to you! I then showed you (which I did not have to do) the address of where is paperwork was going! Austin car was impounded 3/23/24 and he picked his vehicle up on Friday 3/26/24 and only paid $415 and yes all BCSO impounds are cash only he was told several times our policy and hours of operations on phone and if had listened to me when I told him on the phone he would not have to leave to get said cash and yes i did call them when he came in bc Cobb Co called me and said he had warrants so I'm just doing my job and what was asked of me and yes I did tell u if you were smart you'd get away from him bc he beat you and strangled u the night before yet here you were crying bc you didn't know what to do and even the lien holder told u when u called them they would have to have to have his permission to add you!! This is self inflicted and has nothing to do with my business! So no I didn't hold this car and no I did not charge $200 a day it's $30 a day and it states that on said impound ticket I am uploading!!So stop lying bc you about to get yourself in a whole lot of trouble!!
To the ones who have added to this since it was posted .. 1. all things called out in this post is public record and has a relevant meaning so is not an act of privacy 2. Non of you were there so I promise along with hers it will be legally removed by google bc you can not post on emotions of another 3. She was not my customer she was with someone whom the vehicle was registered to and was illegally trying to retrieve vehicle!! As stated a uniformed officer was present during entire conversation with Sara 4. She was explained everything to her no one is mocking her and I was next list so the sheriff office is the one who decided on who towed Austins vehicle!! I followed protocols on all platforms ... I suggest u all walk away before u dig yourself a deeper hole!!
No on has threaten anyone and I uploaded the ticket bc you clearly have no idea what you are talking about and again public records so I haven't invaded anyone's privacy I'll ahve it dealt with thru BCSO and Cobb sheriff office!!
To Emily you can not leave a review based on someone else's experience.. you have never been a customer here and there's parts to her story she not telling and I don't charge an admin as soon as u walk in again 2 sides to the story and you are only hearing one and this is defamation
I don't claim to work for the BCSO as an officer or Winder Pd but I am on a contract and so therefore I do work for them in other department do your homework before just trying to defame someone at least have the story correct
I'm not threatening or trying to intimidate anyone I'm stating facts and u all who are down right slandering and defaming are not getting away with it!! Again basing a receive on someone's else's experience and u went involve other than the story u were told is not right morally or by law!!!!!!!!

(SHES TRYING TO THREATEN ME TO REMOVE A REVIEW BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE ) based on your lack of professionalism because you don’t send a text message to threaten anyone to remove a review and then start posting my business that you don’t know anything about , I could care less who you work for which I doubt (because if you were smart you wouldn’t text him to try to text me a threat you sent ) did the department you claim to work for tell you to do that ? telling me I’m gonna get a warrant over a review is hilarious please try it !, saying the officer who was with me went over any protocol is another flat lie because she (the police officer) was the one who suggested I go and see if I can retrieve the car since we came to your shop together and she knew you knew that ! She offered to walk over there with me and she did because she actually was trying to help ! me trying to “illegally retrieve the vehicle” asking you for solutions is not “trying to illegally retrieve the vehicle” I called the dealership where he works and where he purchased his own car and they told me to not waste my time WITH YOU because they heard you loud and clear say if its not here on my screen right now in the state system you won’t give it to me ,so we decided to not deal with the headache and wait until he can get it out if I needed his permission he was only a phone call away and I would of got it out the next day don’t you think? I would of took that route if it was easy but you kept making up excuses , I know there’s regulations that need to be followed and you can’t give me a car that’s under someone else’s name , so why would I force that? posting the receipt does what exactly ? I know he paid 415 so my question is … why tell me it was gonna be 400 the very following day(2 days ) and I asked you if more fees would accumulate after day 2 and you said yes ! You said everyday you have to send paperwork to 3 different addresses at 30$ each time you send it to each address, and then the additional cost of storage if one day costed 215 , and the next day was 415 that’s 200 dollars right and you told me that after a few days it would be listed as abandoned ! his car was impounded since Sunday and he didn’t get it until Friday , so all those fees you mentioned that accumulate daily where were they when he picked up the car? You were intentionally just trying to make the situation worse for me for no reason at all only because you’re just not a good person .
had a terrible experience with this business , not even sure how a business could conduct itself in such a manner , i came here with someone to get a car out of the tow yard , it was registered under the other persons name , so i had to have them with me. they had to turn themselves in for something that happened TO ME the night before but we decided to atleast get the car out so i can use it for transportation for my 2 toddlers, we called prior to going and she gave us the amount when he got in the store she told us she only took cash ( a lie so we could leave to get cash out ) so when we went to the store next door she took it upon herself to call the police and let them know the person was in the car apparently she works with the department (understandable right) after the person got arrested in front of her she proceeded to say well i cant give you the car anymore since hes not here knowing she had just called the police intentionally to keep the car and accumulate more fees, i told her i could get added as the registered owner and she still came up with more excuses saying if it doesn't show up on my screen right here right now i wont give it to you and she told me it would be an additional 200 a day which was another lie , then began to say that an hour before us coming she received a call about what happened to me and she sympathizes for me in the most oblivious tone , an absolutely disgusting woman of course she would work in a business like this , cause no one anywhere would ever tolerate that kind of garbage of a person ,

Unprofessional and unethical to say the least. You should NOT be texting your customers AFTER the payment has been made and car has been released, to threaten them over a review. You would expect more from someone working for the police department.

If I could leave a 1 star I would , the lady at the front who says she is the owner is very condescending. Not only do you not know how to handle business properly but to mock others in situations that they are in is very unprofessional and very sadistic of you . I understand there is a certain protocol on how to handle certain situations but all you did was give someone a hard time when they did not choose to be towed by your business . Aside from that to not only threaten to have someone arrested for leaving an honest review about their personal experience you go ahead and put their personal business out there as well as if it is your place to do so. I would not recommend this business to anyone and if you are assisted by them it is very unfortunate . I will also be making a report to the BBB about this situation .

Do not go to this place if you want your car back within a reasonable time. They had our car for 11 month and 8 days to be exact before my husband told Jammie he was coming to get it. Jammie will not answer the phone or return calls. If you send her a text, you will not get a response for a couple days. Scott would do himself and his business a favor if he fired his wife, Jammie!!!
