Straight lied to me about my packages then delivered it to the wrong house supposedly and then pretty much told me to get in touch with the sender to get a refund because it's their fault not the USPS that they dropped it off at the wrong address

Yea they sit in there truck at mail box write a note saying they attempted deliveryBut no one was here. Hu I was sitting on porch. How about that.Then Oct 14 they left package with mail on top of package out in rain and wind. I fount one piece of mail in yard. WowThey say it's against there rules for them to open damn screen door to put it on porch.By the way the door is wood screen

The postal service has gone downhill around here. They leave slips in the mailbox saying they “attempted” to deliver a package, but no one came to my door nor notified me. There are days where we get nothing but neighbor’s mail and some days, we get nothing when the email sent shows we’re supposed to get mail. The drivers need to learn how to go the speed limit and slow down. I have been run off the road many times by them or tailgated. Please for once listen to the reviews and actually fix something for once.

Three packages delivered to my house recently that weren't mine. The number on my mailbox and house are clearly visible. There is absolutely NO reason why my neighbors packages are delivered to my front porch. NO EXCUSES. Your employees should be able to read numbers and words. And having temporary workers is not an excuse or a reason.

the postal carrier speeds up and down the road right by the flags that are up, with bills that need to go out three or four days may go by before they are picked up and we don't receive our mail as often as before the new postal carrier started it is offal. best thing to do is drive to the next county up to mail out the bills.

We can't get our mail picked up , mail will sit for days in the box with the flag up. We can't get get our mail delivered, address is clearly marked on the box. What is the problem??

Very common occurrence. Postal Carrier says they attempted to deliver package, which is not true. They simply will not deliver larger packages. Customer must pick up at Post Office. Customers who work for a living can’t get their packages unless they take off work. Very inconvenient and unfortunate for the customer.

We’ve had 3 of our packages delivered to the wrong addresses. Thankfully 2 of those were received by an honest person that brought them to me. The other package with a $65 item has vanished. The PO worker I spoke with in Waverly Hall said it is not their fault.
