Did an online grocery pick. Scheduled time was 7-8 pm. Got there a little after 7, had received a text my order was ready. Called the number on the sign 3 times, no answer. Did online check in. 15 minutes no one came out . called the regular store number and an employee hunted for the person who does online, could not find them. Said we could wait. We chose not to as by this time we were 30 minutes in. Told her we wanted a refund and she said she would process. Well it was not processed. Called this morning to f/u. Spoke to three people, all rude, was told I could come get it now, ummmm no. Finally after 20 minutes on the phone I get a refund. I wasted an hour for all this.
