Cute clothes for junior sizes. But no fitting room??? I was told by two employees that I should purchase the clothes I wanted for my daughter, then go to the mall bathroom to have her try them on and return what didn't fit. I thought they were joking, but they were being serious. According to them, the firing room hasn't been "authorized" to reopen since stores shut down during the pandemic (3 years ago). Just when I think I've heard everything, someone comes up with something new and more outrageous.

I would’ve gave it 5 stars but I was shocked they no longer have a dressing room… and they don’t have baskets or shopping carts to put your stuff in. The store would be even better if it expanded or was reorganized… I feel claustrophobic everything is so close together and there’s not a clear pathway to walk though when looking at clothes.

Before paying at the cashier I ask to exchange 1 item and they made me wait again at the next cashier that was full. Terrible customer service!

Customer service needs better manners... Rainbow employees don't greet or even ask how they can help you...the times I've purchased items they have just rang me out without saying anything but my purchase total
