I purchased a laptop . I gave explicit instructions on what I wanted and what I needed. The tech added by upsale to me, Microsoft 360. My fault I should have held firm at nope. I went back after purchase and they removed it . Now I can't load apps onto laptop called back no help . Messaged tech support no answer. I am going back Friday to get a full refund. I advised them I only wanted basic computer so I could do banking media etc

Everyone was so nice and helpful. So helpful. I was helped with the printer by Brandi I believe. The cashier was nice everyone. They made my day.

While working on Briefings for other Service organizations, the associates have helped me complete our presentations with copies and pictures in spite of my technical deficiencies. Office Depot is the go to place for our Vietnam Veterans Group.

I went to get copies printed. I was able to get a lot of items that was needed for my son buiness. Services in the afternoon and the weekend is not that great. Compare to the morning hours.

Was going to give one star because Jason gave the worst customer service I could ever imagine. He doesn't care about the store or customers at all. Luckily I called the store and spoke with Anthony. He actually listens and cares. Anthony restored my faith in Office Depot.
