This place finally has an awesome owner!Years ago, the previous owners and staff at this Citgo were HORRIBLE. The ones before them were okay, I guess. But, since Mike and his wife took over a couple years ago, it's a completely different atmosphere in here and I truly have zero complaints.Wonderful owners and staff now, hands down. Never had any issues. If he doesn't have it in stock, it'll be in at lunchtime the next Thursday lol. Hopefully Mike sticks around for a while. I believe he is the third owner since it was built.I do believe he has cut the hours though...usually closing around 8pm-8:30pm mon-sat and around 7pm-7:30pm on Sun. Don't quote me on that though lol

Gave them $4.00, they told me the total price was 3.89, they gave me 2 cents back for change. Does that make sense???I think I'll go elsewhere for getting stuff.Be weary of this location. The "male" owner is nice, but the "female" owner is mean. That's the gender I perceive based on appearances. It could be reverse, but they didn't say.

I was picking up a Uhaul from here, and the man working behind the counter was extremely friendly and helpful. Him and his wife both made an effort to make conversation with me and other customers. Also I noticed that they both recognized customers and actually took the time to get to know them, which I feel like is rare at gas stations. If I lived in the area, I'd definitely go back there just to see them.

I’m originally from Augusta but was passing through Warner Robins a few days ago. My car wouldn’t start after getting gas and I couldn’t figure out why. The new owner came outside with jumper cables and hooked my car up to his to get it going. Mind you it was very hot and for the owner to be standing out in the heat trying to help a customer who already payed for his Items is very commendable. Wish I lived near here seems like a great store run by a family.

This store is horrible. Period. I live in the neighborhood behind this "Convenience Store" and on multiple occasions (10+ times, if not over 20 times) I have had to leave and go to a different store because they were out of fuel. The staff is rude, especially the older gentleman that owns it and the lady that works in the mornings. They intentionally try to short change you, hoping you don't notice or say anything. Usually, it's just a few cents, which isn't a big deal but it's just the fact that they DO IT. And I would not be surprised if they have short-changed people to upwards of five, ten or twenty dollars. Oh, and don't try to use any sort of coupons while the owner is working..he will refuse to take them, even manufacturer's coupons. Not to mention the expired inventory that I have seen on the shelves, some of which I have accidentally purchased. Or the lack of inventory. Or the multiple times that their alcohol license was suspended... Regardless of all of these issues, I used to frequent this store, on a daily basis to help support this store due to convenience, back when Sonny worked the afternoon/night shift just because he was a great person and appeared to be the only employee that seemed to actually care about this store. Now that he no longer works here, I gladly pass by this store on my way to the Sunoco which is right around the corner, on the corner of Highway 41 and Lakeview Rd. It has been a couple months since Sonny had left and I quit returning to this store but today I decided to try to give them another chance and see if anything has changed.. apparently I picked a day that the owner was working..nothing has changed. So, until this store gains a new owner, I will steer clear and I recommend everyone else to as well. If I could give this a rating of 0 stars, I would.

I actually live in the neighborhood behind the store. I constantly come into the store and mostly use this gas station. I went in to purchase drinks and I got back the wrong change. Once I realized I got the wrong change I confronted the clerk (by the way this is over a dollar) I don't care about the dollar.... It's just the principle of him not believing me that I was a dollar short on my change. Also I give him over the amount all the time but when I need 10 cent he makes me go get it. Will not be back here and if you wanna have a good experience go down the street
