Summer 2024- Bookstore sends out email with books needed for classes- students order the books- few weeks pass- first day of class starts, and after discussion with the teacher it's found out that ALL 3 required books are outdated.- class attempts to refund incorrect books and get the correct books- none of the correct books are in stock- bookstore refuses to refund for various reasons such as:"It has been more than 48 hours" (aka if you buy a book Friday you can't even return it come next Monday), or my personal favorite -- "because the book is outdated"I do not appreciate the bookstore abusing their position to use students to offload their old inventory to make some easy money. It's sleazy, and I 100% recommend buying your books through some other vendor.

This is the worst part of CGTC I’ve been waiting over two weeks for something that supposed to take 3-5 business days. I’ve been given fake tracking information and I’m at the point I wouldn’t buy gum from them.

When I called to check on order statys the guy only said it's in process because the manager wasn't there to process it. So when will I get my books for class and other items I ordered? I normally don't have an issue getting orders on time however the new people seem totally lost

They have new people in there and they said they don't pre-order but they do and one of the cashiers didn't put my book in the bag when I checked out. I had to return to get the book. They should bring people in who know what they are doing because the ones in there now do not know what they are doing

Staff was friendly and helped me with everything I needed. Only problem was they only have 2 registers been open most of the time, so if it is busy and you are in a hurry good luck!
