This review is not only for the branch but for Regions Bank as a whole.I opened up a business account on 8/30/23. I proceeded to set up my online banking and received an error message.I called the Region's customer service who said that the back office decided to close my account because my business did not pass the screening. Customer service told me to call this branch.Long story short Regions played ping pong with my time and patience. Referred me back and forth with customer service and the branch.At this point with the frustration I no longer care about the “WHY” I just want my $100 back. No one could tell me anything but to wait for a check.I finally called to speak with the branch manager who almost advised me to call Regions customer service.The branch manager contacted the right person who advised her to tell me I had to wait 10 business to receive my money.Now I've finally received a letter saying 14 business days. I am beyond irritated. It is the principle and customers/potential customers should have a choice on how to receive funds and should not have to wait.I received their business debit card within five (5) business days. But I have to wait for my money to come by check.Regions saved me by not accepting my business from any future hassle with them.

Tried to open my 16 year an account and they told us to bring back her social security card, we did and then they told us they couldn't open it. couldn't give a reason other than some kid did some fraudulent stuff and caused problems for minors to open an account.

I am 51 and have been banking with Region's since I was 17 and have never had any issues. I am proud to be a Region's customer.

I've been a Regions customer for over 25 years. My experience here today was by far the worst ever with Regions. I called a customer service number and complained and got the same "I could care less attitude." All they could do was tell me their policy. I left and went to Service First bank in Douglasville, did exactly what I tried to do at Regions and they took care of it with a smile on their face. Regions has a policy to put holds on checks over $5,000. They only tell you this after they've taken your money. I find this absurd, they just blame it on "their policy". The check I'm referring to was from another large bank, it wasn't a personal check.

Service is entirely too slow. Tried going inside at 4:52pm before supposed to close at 5pm and the lady saw me and continued locking up. Hopped in the car and did my banking at the drive through which also closes at 5pm! No excuse

The teller was very rude, very nonchalant, i called before coming to get assistance and was told over the phone I would receive help once I came into the branch! It was the worse customer service experience ever! The teller told me I had a lot going on and she couldn’t help me basically shooed me away! I had to go to a completely different bank for help on my lunch break just because of this incident. Totally unacceptable. I don’t think the whole staff is like this because the 2 women that I did speak to over the phone were very pleasant. But the African American bank teller with the blonde hair, very rude, stuck up and judge mental. It takes one bad Apple! That’s her.

This review is specifically for this branch and not necessarily Regions as a whole. This branch is undoubtedly the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I had an emergency situation and in my attempt to speak to someone mid day on a Friday I was told I "might" get a call.back on Monday. This lady was so rude and nasty and dead serious. She had no interest in showing human decency and even hearing what I needed to see if maybe someone else could help. I called back several times in a desperate attempt to talk to someone else and she answered with her nastiness each time. If this is what this branch is about stay away! Will never attempt to deal with this location again.

This location is such an inconvenience. It seems like at least once a week the ATM is down. For someone who works 12-15 hours a day, the only time I can withdraw money is after hours but it seems that 2 out of 5 times I go there the ATM is down. I decided to sacrifice my lunch break to go up there and to no surprise the ATM is down again. If I use a different ATM I get charged by the ATM and regions bank. I’m considering swapping banks due to this constant issue.

Very good service, except I wish they would open their lobby and just tell people to social distance. There's never a lot of people in the lobby anyways. But other than that, they are always friendly and treat all their customers equal.

If I could give this place zero stars I would also cashed my check for six months straight then all of a sudden said we can’t cash it you don’t have enough in the bank to cover it what good Having an account with the bank if you can’t cash your flipping check
