Was looking to purchase a new iPhone and as soon as I walked in the rep ( Skyler) immediately stepped up to assist . He was very friendly and helpful . I was stuck between the iPhone 15 plus and the pro max . He made it very easy for me to choose ! lol . Set up was a bit of a hassle due to changing from a physical SIM card to a ESIM , but Skyler stayed on top of it and made sure that everything was done right the first time . He even talked me into buying a case from Verizon ( which I never do because of the prices ) . Thank you very much Skyler for your help ! Loving my new IPhone 15 Plus

If you are in this Verizon and you don’t have Ken helping you then you are doing yourself a disservice! He is the person I wish I had in Every retail business! Great customer service, excited about helping, and just an all around amazing person.

-Great environment and welcoming staff.
As soon as I entered the store, one of the workers, “AL” , politely approached me and asked exactly what I needed help with. I told him I was trying purchase a new phone and from there, his professionalism took over and he provided a very easy going experience. From the start, he kept it very simple and gave me honest, yet respectable, answers to all the questions I had. Everyone knows how these big companies get confusing with their “deals” because of all of the hidden small print catches and what not, but with Al’s patience and ability to break my questions down piece by piece, I actually left the store knowing exactly what I bought.
Needless to say, I’m writing this review on a brand new iPhone 15 and will come back to this specific store for any future needs, thanks to Al.

As far as a hotspot Verizon business NO. ,but as a cell phone carrier for personal use it's probably the best.

Verizon was the worst experience I have ever had with a business. The workers know absolutely nothing and will guess at your bill always. My bill was never as promised and I was constantly calling to try and fix it and it was a nightmare. Sufficed to say I left Verizon just after 3 months because I couldn't take it anymore. I went to T-Mobile and the bill that they told me in store was the bill spot on! I will never ever ever touch Verizon for the rest of my life. The absolute worst company, absolutely stay away if you value your sanity!

Skyler (hope I'm spelling that right) helped me and my fiancé switch from T-Mobile to Verizon, he was more informational than the manager when it came to switching from one brand to the next, great service from him and great conversation while taking great care of us, he deserves a raise without a doubt.

There is an older man they call "chief", a retired master chief with the USAF, who is a total j**** He is condescending and arrogant. He is not nearly as smart as he thinks he is, and when you disagree with him, he pretty much just passes you off to someone else. Verizon customer service is already bad enough, but this guy brings it down to a new level. I have heard others speak the same but just don't post reviews either with Yelp or Google. They just let it go.

Line was long, wait was long, all I needed was a sim card. No reason to wait an hour as evidenced by the fact they first wanted me to wait said he couldn’t do it then one hour later he could and did replace the card. I only go there because it’s the closest.
