Robert has provided me with excellent customer service my last 3 visits within 2 months. He’s very knowledgeable and took his time helping me pick out bedroom furniture , living room furniture and a set of tables for my living room. Robert helped me save $1500 by purchasing from Turners Budget instead of one of the competitors. So, we bought a double power recliner, love seat. High end piece of furniture, we thought,$2700. After 4 months one side is grinding so bad sounds like falling apart. Kind of disappointed to say the least. Called and they sent a person “to see what issue is”, and would let the office know. That was a couple weeks ago so I called. Apparently they still can’t give many ANY lead time, only, “We will let you know!” This is not acceptable but the consumer has no options…..AGAIN!!

Lenwood was a great help. I live out of town and stopped in as I was traveling through Valdosta. I took several pictures of items I liked, and he sent me measurements, prices, etc. through text once I got home to see if the items would fit. Lenwood was very accommodating and personable. We made the sale over the phone, and the pieces will be delivered. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, Lenwood. Thanks for your help.

Best furniture shopping experience I’ve ever had. No pressure. Angela was great and took the time to tour me through the entire store! She’s a gem!!! The store had the most beautiful pieces and I can’t wait to do some more shopping!

Turner’s budget furniture has a wide variety of furniture and friendly sales personnel. Justin Lewis greeted my wife and I as we walked in and was very professional from the start. He asked questions based on our needs and type of furniture we were shopping for. Justin gave us a tour of the facility and presented many styles and colors of furniture specific to what we were looking for. We found a sofa that we liked and placed an order. It was smooth throughout our entire interaction with Justin!
