Had dropped my Note 20 ultra and broke the back glass. They staff was very friendly and fast at fixing my cellphone. Hope I don't drop it and break it again but if I do I know we're I'm going. Awesome job and thank you for the help.

I’m not from this area I was just visiting. I wish I had caught the name of the man who helped me get a new screen protector. I love it so much! I’ve had a lot of these and this one seems like the best quality. The man was very thorough when explaining the difference between privacy screen protector versus regular screen protector. Thank you!

Great customer service, on the spot trouble shooting, extensive software know how, told me before hand that they would not charge if they could not help, and the patience to deal with some one who doesn't understand! Hello?I was referred to Mr. Fix It on Norman Drive and the customer service was great. Glen specifically helped me, but everyone was very friendly & professional. He was able to fix/resolve my issue in less than an hour and I haven't had any other issues sincethen ?!

I thought someone was going to call me to let me know my phone was ready nope I had to call and ask was my phone ready and yep it was ready how long my phone was sitting up there ready maybe a few days because they had it for a week. I was told it was one price and at the end it was a different price.

Went in for a screen replacement on my iPhone 11. The employee said it would take about an hour and he was done in 15 minutes. The screen started acting up the same day so I brought it back and they put a new one on free of charge. They were even able to salvage my screen protector. Highly recommend, I interacted with 3 different associates and they were all super friendly and ready to help.

From my first visit when I was completely out of my depth and had no idea what to do, thru my 2nd visit to drop off the phone, my 3rd visit to drop off the new phone to transfer data to, and all the way to my 4th visit to pick up both devices having recovered priceless data, Glenn and then Steven were so super helpful and informative! Because of their expertise, I saved over $300, and got exactly what I needed, quickly!I will say that on my last visit (to pick up the devices,) I felt so bad for the staff as what I can only describe as a Mega-Karen was making a horrible scene because her quote had been increased when the staff saw the ACTUAL condition of the device. She had been informed before the work was done, but had waited until the repair was complete to raise the issue. She actually wanted a refund AND her repaired device, threatening to file an official complaint and tell everyone how terrible she was treated. It was so awkward and uncomfortable that I ended up walking outside until MK was done with her berating and shouting argument. I did however get to see Glen (DM) handle the MK with complete professionalism and decorum. A lot more than I probably would have anyway! Lol

Quick service and great customer service. Asked for a quote for a different phone after mine was fixed,not only did I get the quote he doubled checked with the manager so there wouldnt be any surprises when I bring the device in. Thank you so much!!!
