But at HR the coaches helped me learn how to work to my potential. I was able to start at my fitness level, modify the exercises as I needed, and work at my own pace. I love going to HR bc the coaching staff keeps me motivated and encouraged. The workouts are different each time I go, so I never get bored. “Just joined today and love the variety of machines in the gym. I love the owner and his excitement of me deciding to join the gym. He basically does everything from what I saw. He is very nice and told me I could ask him questions if needed. The people I talked to in there gave me a good welcome and one of them even showed me around. The sauna is perfect, only 1-2 people at a time but I got hot fast for only 10-11 minutes. Not a busy gym really much of the day.”

You take everything at your own comfort level but the coaches are wonderful at encouraging you as they see you getting stronger to level up.
