I was very impressed with my salesman. He was very patient with me and explained everything very well. He even helped me with my phone issues. I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase. He even was very helpfully with my mother who was with me. Also, I love my new vehicle. It’s a perfect fit for me.

Called with a part number to check price and availability. The parts person I was dealing with was rude and unhelpful. Told me that the part was backordered and he couldn't get one. I told him that I knew for a fact there were around 400 of these parts in the country as confirmed by a friend who is a Chrysler tech. I asked the parts guy if they could do have the part transferred from another dealer that had it in stock, and he told me that if they weren't going to do the repair on the vehicle that he wouldn't help me. Congrats, you guys just lost a $3,000 parts sale.

I have been bringing my Jeep here for 2 years and today was the last day. Pick up Jeep this morning and noticed a black stain on my seats. I took a photo and went back to the front desk. The customer service guy did not apologize, he just got in my car and took it around back. He acted as if I was an inconvenience to him. When he came back, he didn’t say anything else to me. He just left my car door opened and walked back to his desk. I have always received subpar customer service from this dealership, but today I had enough. I deserved an explanation as to why my seats were stained and an apology!

I was looking at purchasing a Used Toyota they had. I was dealing with them remotely from Atlanta and working with Austin. Things seemed fine, and I discussed purchase being done thru a credit union local to me, so needing papers done in advance. He is so new and slow at things, even didn't confirm when he did stuff (which didn't happen and took up a lot of time for no reason) and is a nice guy but bad sales. I also dealt with manager for it as well, and they had to send contract 3 times to get it right (bad emulation then wrong lienholder next). And in addition, i made it clear that i would drive and have vehicle inspected from the beginning too. Austin did not tell me that was not allowed to get it checked at a car shop until the contract was signed and all. What a WASTE OF TIME!! What female buys a car without getting a mechanic to inspect it. And yes I had it insured and all at this point. WASTE WASTE WASTE
