Cody and his dad made this the smoothest vehicle purchase I've ever had. They treated us like friends instead of customers. We drove 3 hours to deal with Lasseter Motor Company, and it was a trip well worth it! I fully recommend them and I'd be happy to do business with them again!

I bought a 2015 F150 from this location a little over 1 year ago. The staff were friendly and helpful during the buying process. I put $13,000 down on my truck and was happy when I left the lot. Mind you I DID NOT buy the extended warranty which was dumb on my part. Within the first couple months of having the truck I had to replace the torque converter($2,200 repair). I was not upset as I know sometimes things happens with used vehicles. A couple months later the truck goes into limp mode due to the throttle body($400-$600 repair). A few months later the water pump came apart($600-$800 repair). The engine continued to run hot and give me trouble. I contacted the Valdosta location to get some advice and was told since I didn’t buy the extended warranty there was not much they could do for me. Fast forward just last month. I drop my truck off at 3 different locations for a mechanic to look over the truck to see what’s going on. $6,700 later I have 2 new turbos, 2 new exhaust manifolds, turbo coolant lines, and much more. During the time of all this happening I recommended a buddy to go up there because the guys were super cool and they would get him right. He bought a 2018 GMC 1500. He also has had multiple problems from water pump to transmission, etc. After all of my repairs I called the Valdosta location and was told I should reach out to Moultrie and see what they could do. Moultrie had no idea why I would be calling them and just apologized but that doesn’t help with the repair cost. If you are going to buy from here I highly suggest having a mechanic that you know or someone that’s not affiliated with Lasseter to look over the vehicle before you buy it. I unfortunately did not look over the truck as good as I should have and I’m left to handle the repair cost out of pocket. Update: Less than 1 month after getting the truck back from the $6700 repair the entire radio system has gone out. This is going to be a $1600 repair.

We bought a Jeep on Memorial Day weekend while we were visiting friends. It was a Sunday and they were technically closed. We were leaving the next day to go back home. The guy that helped us just so happened to be in the office and stuck around so we could test drive the Jeep. We ended up buying it and had a great experience!

I purchased a 2018 chevy Silverado here yesterday. I have had to go through the car buying process more than I would like to admit but you will not get better customer service anywhere else. From the moment we pulled up Cody, Jamie and Will were quick to answer our questions and Worked out a deal for us to drive the truck home that night. While looking over the truck we noticed a problem with one of the tires. Cody and Jamie were quick to take care of the issue with a new tire we were able to pick up the next day. Purchasing a vehicle can be a long stressful process especially if you have a 19 month old. Cody,Jamie and Will were all so patient with my son when he started getting fussy. The guys even kept my son company the entire time. Cody and Jamie made this truck buying process a breeze. I cannot say enough good things about these guys! Don’t buy from them! Dishonest and misleading. I bought a 2015 ford and the transmission went out within the first couple months. Called them and their response: should’ve bought the warranty.I have had numerous other fixes.

We have bought 2 vehicles from here and dealing with Cody and his dad have been perfect. They treat you great and its a relaxed atmosphere with no pressure whatsoever. They hold up to their word about their vehicles if there is a issue they fix it . Very honest and down to earth people .

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with the MOAB package and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle, the customer service, and the follow up Auto team of Valdosta provided. Located past Smok'n'Pigs near the animal hospital heading towards the highway on North Valdosta.
