This is the second time in less than a year. I have bad experience with rats Destroying some of the items I store at Otter self storage facility in Union City. This is my first experience with anything like this and all of my years using self storage facilities.
I sure would not recommend this place to anyone.
This item that was destroyed is a brand new Whirlpool Washing Machine I bought Less than a year.

I had a password issue that wasn't allowing me to log in I called in and spoke with Sylvia and she was very helpful with getting me set back up to able to login to my account. Thanks again Sylvia

The reviews are fake. Don’t store your valuables here or anything of that matter they will get damaged by animals (rats, squirrels, raccoons etc)
