Upgraded my strawberry lemonade to get this…I should’ve paid attention when the young lady handed it to me but only noticed it when I got home. It’s a shame that anyone or business would think this is ok to serve.

Why do y’all even participate in having the mobile app if you’re not going to abide by it. It’s very annoying to click drive-through mobile get to the damn box and they ask for you to come in. If you are worried about your drive thru time don’t OFFER MOBILE DRIVE THRU.

I went through the drive tru around 5pm today. I was told to wait a minute after being greeted. Someone finally took my order . I ordered 2 junior cheese burger deluxe , I specifically asked for no pickles the girl who took my order said ok. I then asked if mustard comes on it ,she then responded no. And interrupted me by telling me the total. I then asked can I have mustard on them please and also can I please have extra mayo ,she said ok then repeated the total to me. I drove around to the payment window. I paid and then was told to pull up to the door and wait. I waited for about 2 minutes. Then the girl from the drive tru finally brought my food out to me to my car. I drove off got into traffic on hugh Howell rd, I took a bite out of the first sandwich and the bread was not only ice cold ,but I had pickles on my sandwich, and no mustard or extra mayo. I was so upset especially since I hadn't eat anything all day and I waited 2 minutes for nothing . I bite into the other sandwich and it was the very same exact thing, only difference it was 2 pickles on my sandwich. I had to drive all the way home in traffic and it was a waste of my time and money. The messed up part is I work at a restaurant too. It's bad enough I paid $6 and some change for inaccurate orders. You won't be getting my business again, you guys lucky I wasn't allergic to pickles.

2 times and the food was horrible. i’m done with this Wendy's and all Wendy’s they just dont care to prepare food properly the bacon was old, the come was not mixed right, my burger was cold and the fries and nuggets were greasy and bitter. The Dave's double meal was a waste of money. just stop at Publix and make your own burgers at home if you are in ticker and craving a burger. ridiculous.
