Today we experienced a top class experience and treatment from beginning to end of our move. Our movers arrived promptly and were very hospitable upon arrival. They were very careful with the breakdown of all furniture, as well assembling James young and his crew were great.

We recently used Two Men And A Truck for the second time in 10 years. Very happy with them both times.
Our favorite part of this experience was that Two Men totally rescued us when the other mover we had scheduled backed out on us at the very last minute. We called on a Saturday, and they were out two days later loading our stuff. Fast, friendly and efficient, and at a reasonable price.
The whole move went almost perfectly. The few small things that went wrong, they made good on—even though it took a little time. Some parts replacements, a minor repair, and we were happy.

We moved with Two Men and a Truck (Tucker office) this past weekend and it was a fantastic experience! Our team leader James Young was amazing and his team Rodwell Griffith and Jake Turner were wonderful as well. They went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them!

I used Two Men & A Truck to move from a storage unit to my new home. I am pleased with the service provided. My movers - James, DaReal and Aaron, were some of the hardest working, professional and careful movers I have ever encountered. They took very good care of my furniture and belongings. They did not waste any time by slacking off and finished my job (loading, unloading and placement in the appropriate rooms) within the allotted time. Extremely Disappointing Moving Experience
I am compelled to express my profound dissatisfaction with the moving services provided by your company. This experience has been the worst I have ever encountered with a moving service.
My husband and I chose to engage your company after being assured of a 2-hour pick-up and drop-off window. We requested a morning slot to avoid Atlanta traffic and to accommodate our new home location, which is an hour away. The representative who provided our quote assured us that this timing would be noted and that any delays would be addressed with either a discount or an additional 45 minutes of service. Despite this assurance, the movers arrived only by 4 PM, resulting in a significant delay.
Upon arrival, the movers were not informed about the previously noted arrangements and exhibited careless handling of our belongings. Consequently, our furniture sustained scratches, dents, and missing pieces. Most concerning was the fact that our brand-new dryer was dropped off the ramp. Additionally, the move resulted in scratches to our newly installed wood floors and chipped paint on our walls due to improper handling.
My attempts to address these issues with the dispatcher, Chris, were met with rudeness and unhelpfulness. Despite repeated calls, we struggled to get a response. When we finally managed to speak with Chris, he was argumentative rather than solution-oriented. He proposed a minimal discount, which was inadequate given the extensive damages and poor service.
The movers' behavior—using our microwave, lounging, and appearing unprofessional—further compounded our dissatisfaction. It has become clear that there are significant issues with management and communication within your company.
Given the extensive damages and unprofessional conduct experienced, I will not be using your services again and will advise others accordingly. I urge you to address these serious issues to prevent future customers from facing similar disappointments.
