Five of our vehicles, all separate body needs. Some were insurance claims, others were out of pocket. Each time we had work done from replacing Odyssey van trunk door to new front fender on a Ram 2500, a new driver side door and hood on a Jeep Cherokee...to front end repair on a civic....And trim on a classic antique Ford - they have made each vehicle like new again. Amazing work. Perfect paint detail.had a loose piece and they fixed it no questions asked. They handle dealing with insurance quite easily. Also work well if pay cash OOP. True artists in what they do. Be patient, worth waiting for the best work so get in line and get Your work done!

TODAY I was told to come get a refund and I did. Dave refused to give me a refund after asking me to come back and get a refund. I wasn't leaving with out it. I have used this place before Did pretty good. But ,Dave likes to talk down to people who question his work. Got more fleet business than he can handle and that is good for him and bad for the customer that simply wants what he or she was promised. I am disabled not stupid. I was taught to do what you say you are going to do and mean what you say. Well Dave never underestimate people just because they can't walk like you alright? we paid you good money for the past jobs you have done and I would have paid you more if you had quoted me more. The way you spoke to me and the you treated me was hurtful and you really didn't careAnd that is just sad . I actually feel sorry for you. You shocked me. I thought you were a good guy and I really liked you and your son and you workers and your past work on the Volvo. I guess you just don't care. I still have to paint it in order to match and get the car waxed and buffed. I was going to give you a 1 star But, I changed it to a 3 star because I did get a refund and tried to make me look stupid. Oh well I forgive you. 2 out 3 ain't bad. Good luck in Chamblee and GOD BLESS you Jesus loves you and so do I.

Dropped off a car and was told that it would be kept inside because the window was leaking. Was left outside and when I asked the front desk lady about that she immediately snapped that the car was now inside but it needs to be picked up because of the space. Didn't ask if I was going to get work done there or anything, just basically to get the car. That wasn't a huge deal and was still considering paying double what I was initially told as a ballpark number and leave it there until Michelle from the front desk completely changed my mind. I asked a reasonable question about the car being looked at and she got defensive, condescending and snappy. She told me it wasn't done when we spoke previously so I was confused on how it got done in 19 min and wanted to know if the car got put in the air. She was so rude and combative that I couldn't reasonably have a conversation with her over something so small. It wasn't until she realized I was the one paying that she changed her tone when she called back a couple hours later. Overall disappointing experience. The owner seemed nice so wanted to do it there but just another auto shop trying to scr*w ya over and treat you like crap. Don't be in customer service if you can't handle a basic question and treat customers who want work done kindly. Also the quote was ridiculous. Already was quoted at two other places for far less.

Thank You TCB! smacked my car into a median coming from a late night out and came to TCB for repairs. id previously had a 99 camry that dave helped me with and he was cool so i knew i had to come back. the sheer quality of work and a speedy turnaround time you just can’t beat i mean i can’t put word in to show off the master quality so i’ll just show it. thank you TCB and dave especially cool dude with a chill vibe and good work! cant even tell an accident happened(tags covered for security).Services: Painting

I had contacted Tucker custom and body because my wife's car had an unknown electrical issue causing the display panel to display nothing. They were very helpful and recommended having forward look at it because it was related to the body control module.Because they seemed like such decent guys, I felt good about having them take a look at my mother-in-law's car which needed a new alternator. This shop and the other one are owned by the same person, and he spot priced the repair at approximately $450. We had the repair done and the bill was $678. I tried contacting the owner and he is screening my calls and not returning them. I am really disappointed because it seemed like a great job and I was hoping to have somewhere to bring my cars to in the future.I had the car towed then drove it with a broken alternator 35+ minutes on the claim that it would be around $450. It was over $225 more. The shop manager even claimed he told me the price before the repair over the phone (which was before I did all the driving for nothing.) This was by far the best experience I've had with a body shop in my life and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. My previous experiences with other body shops are that I'm a nameless, faceless person where timeliness, customer service and care are not priorities. I had the exact opposite experience with this business.Dave embodies what every customer wants in a business owner. My Honda Odyssey 2019 was in an accident and needed bumper work and a new mirror, as well as dents and scratch repairs. I had received 2 estimates already. The owners of those shops gave me quotes after a quick cursory look at the vehicle. Dave took his time and did a careful assessment, noting things missed by the others. He took the time the time to learn my name and give me an honest detailed assessment. I knew by his care that I had found the place. Additionally, at the time I initially wasn't going to make a claim and his price was extremely reasonable and beat out the competition.After deciding to go with insurance, I had some questions for Dave and reached out via email. His response time was remarkably fast. This was extremely reassuring as communication is key to customer service.The repairs were done perfectly and looked new. He completed the work way faster than I would have expected, to the point where I left town thinking there was no way the car would be ready while I was away and it was. He even stayed late on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend just so I can get my car back. When I picked up the car, there was a mixup as to who was supposed to pay him, I thought the insurance was and he thought I was and the insurance was to pay me. Instead of having me pay the entire repair price and dealing with insurance on the back end, he took my word for what my deductible was and took care of it on his end.I am not one to sit at my computer and leave long detailed reviews when I have a positive experience. However Dave really deserves it. He truly understands customer service and experience. He understands that with something as important as a car, when work being done perfectly and timely is so important, he does it right the first time and at a fair price.Of course, I hope to never need body shop services again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to go to Dave and his crew at TCB. Mr. Slocum and his crew are awesome!!! I was involved in a hit and run where this person hit me and kept driving. I pulled over and called the police. Mind you, I haven't even made the first car payment on my car!!!!The next day I called three auto body shops and they were not only very expensive, but the wait time was one or two months before they could get to my repairs. Then I called Tucker Custom and Body. Mr. Slocum answered and when I explained my dilemma, he told me to bring it in and let him look at it. I drove over and when he looked at it he said "Drop it off in the morning. I will need it for four days". I did what was asked and three days later he called me to come pick it up. I was excited to see the work. I get there and it was just as if the accident never happened. I was like I know he about to hit me hard with the price!!! Get in the office and the price was a small fraction of all the other shops!!! I was floored. Hell, I hurried up and paid him before he changed his mind!!! Needless to say, I was very satisfied with the time it took, the work they did, and the price he charged.... Use Tucker Custom and Body for ALL of your car dings and dents... We had a small dent in the passenger rear side in my wife’s Ford Escape. Tucker Custom & Body gave me a price below what I expected to pay and the work was awesome. You couldn’t tell the dent was ever there. Also the work was done in a timely fashion. Thanks to Dave and his team!

Dave was the contact person that I spoke with, he was very friendly and even called the rental car company to get a ride for me after I called them and they told me that they did not pick up from that location. Got my car back and it looks great. The work was wonderful
