Previously gave a stellar 5 star review when I first visited this location, but it has steadily declined. Past visit I came in for a top-off and they gave me an oil change. Time before that, they charged me and provided the receipt before doing any work or checking anything. This time, the employees were chattering non-stop about personal things and paying no attention to what they were doing. Not even sure what they did. For almost $120 for an oil change, one expects a little more. In addition, the tech gave me some excuse about being unable to find the coupon she needed to provide a discount after the work was complete. This location has really declined in customer service, which was the biggest reason to continue going and paying the higher price.Will be finding another place with lower prices from now on.Service: Oil change

Had a really nice experience taking my car in for an oil change yesterday. Everyone was friendly, quick and professional. The tech pointed out that my oil plug had been damaged or over-torqued at quick lube previously and replaced it without charge. Karen, the lady grease monkey (she smiled when I grimaced at her hands!) was a lot of fun! Great personalities make doing business fun. I will definitely go back.

The service was seamless, I was in and out. Jordan explained everything to me and didn’t try to offer me anything that I didn’t need but offered his best advice and suggestions. The technicians were efficient, courtesy, and respectful of my time. I will definitely recommend this business and this location EVERY TIME!!!!

This Take 5 location is the best. Each service employee seems highly skilled and very customer service focusedThey automatically get down to business and take the special time to explain every aspect of the service from oil dip level reading to tire pressure statusI love coming to this placeMy USArmy veteran status is always acknowledged which makes me feel exceptionally appreciatedThank you

My dad actually recommended this place. Normally I take it to the dealership and I even had a coupon but it always takes 3+ hours. Not here. I sat in the car the whole time and watched them put the oil in. Literally the most polite men ever. I drove up and was done within 10 minutes. The guys were so helpful l, didn’t try to upsell or be pushy. They even topped up my window washer fluid because it was low. I would recommend this place to anyone. They even showed me the new level and had me confirm before paying. 10/10Service: Oil change

Went for a last minute change before a road trip. Pulled up and they offered me a bottle of water. Staff was friendly, informed and they communicated clearly on what is best for your vehicle. I would go back for sure.

I hadn't been here in over a year and didn't realize the price of an oil change went up so much. I mean $100 really. My vehicle is a 2022 and they never have a filter for it either. My dealership only charges $50 including the filter for an oil change. So I'm really paying double yet getting less. I will not be coming back.Service: Oil change
