Today around 10:30am, I had the worst experience with your store rep., who I can't remember his name, but he was the only person in 4184 Bancroft Circle location. I don't understand why he accepted a job in customer service because he has no customer service skills and seems as if I was annoying him with my 1 question... Wow, I had to literally drive out of my way to the other side of town to get the help I needed on purchasing stain for my unfinished steps. The rep (co-worker) in the other store has encountered the rude rep in the Bancroft location on several times and he hates to engage with him as well. If it wasn't for my contractor I would not have gone to another Sherwin-Williams, this guy left such a bad experience with me. Why do you hire people like this guy and have the nerve to not fire them, when customers complain. This guy is representing your company and it is a poor representative of Sherwin-Williams. Being rude, lazy, abrupt, nasty, and having poor customer service. I'm sure is not Sherwin-Williams brand or is it??? I thank God for the other rep in your other location that was so helpful, cared about how he treated people, and his job/company!

This used to be good place to get paint but now this people are here they are lazy they don’t even help to take the paint out they make you get you paint like if you but 30 gallon any other SW helps

I have been to the Tucker Sherwin Williams store many times over the years, and the staff has consistently been helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products and paint differences. I will certainly go back for my next painting project and highly recommend them to you!

I’ve been traveling out to Alpharetta and Dunwoody to purchase paint but resides in Tucker, so this store is extremely close to my location. What I like about the Bancroft store is the customer services. The guys are always friendly and very helpful especially Q who works hard on making my experience a memorable one. However, lately I’ve been disappointed because Sherman Williams have been running out the H&C solvent stain that I need for my concrete projects. I'm told it’s a truck aka Texas snow storm off the grid issue with supplies. Overall, I really like this store and would recommend.
