Regions Bank at 3880 Lavista Rd, Tucker, GA 30084 was a pleasant experience. I was greeted upon arrival. All my banking needs were promptly met and my questions answered. I appreciate this location simply because of the staff there. Katlyn was great. I recommend this location for the staff and service provided.

Ok. I just left out of the bank. I never go inside, especially on this side of town because it's not my usual bank. The ATM machine is being worked on that's why I went inside. I needed to make a deposit. I made the deposit. She said ok thank you. I ask for a deposit slip for my records. She said they usually don't give it for the savings account deposit. But, she will print one out. She gave me the print out. So I standing there waiting on my bank card and ID. She said she already gave it to me as she looking around her area. I looked at her, then I started to look through my wallet. Understand I didn't come inside with a purse. I only had my phone and my pouch. So, I am looking through my wallet saying I know I didn't get it back. I wasn't leaving without it. I told her I don't have them. Next thing I know, she gives me my bank card and my ID with a print out of the deposit. I look at her. I took and turn around and started walking out the door frowning like I know she didn't just lie to me and tried to keep my stuff. So I came out to the car. Though about it and decide to do this review. I am still in my car as I am typing this in front of the bank. So if any of you bank managers don't believe me. Check the cameras inside and out. I was in there 10 minutes at the counter. Smh. If anything goes missing out of my account(I screenshot multiple times daily), I am coming back here and pointing the finger. Just rude. I don't understand when people are at work and have attitudes or act like you're bothering then. I won't be back to this location. Back to Cobb County I go.

This bank there’s always an issue every time you bring money to deposit either they’re being lazy because they don’t wanna count your deposits. They don’t greet you the most unfriendly people in this bank. It’s a business account they don’t want to take the money because I have two days three days it’s too much for them to count because they’re being lazy. I would not bank with regions Bank on Lavista Road is a horrible place the bank. Being lazy because they don’t want to have to count the money teller, he’s walking around doing nothing. Bunch of lazy tail long young people.

Worst experience ever wouldn’t cash my check and lied and said they had to call and verify it says regions on it so I know you can verify on spot. Made me late for an appointment went to different location and got great service.

The other reviews about this Region's poor customer is absolutely correct!. I went to this location about 3 weeks ago on a Friday...almost prior to them closing. It was about 5 tellers sitting behind the counter at the main line. Another lady and I was waiting in line for about almost 8 minutes. Not one teller looked our way or even cared to say "Hello" to acknowledge we were there waiting in line. But, yet one of the guy tellers that was working behind the counter consistently made subminimal jokes about how he was ready to get off work and was ready for the weekend. I understand if that's how he felt but at the end of the day it's about staying professional and knowing when to keep certain comments to yourself. I found his remarks to be very unprofessional. I often come to this location, and this location seems to always have workers here that just want to rudely talk about other customers and just ride the clock. Won't be coming back to his location anymore.

Going to close my account. Get locked out regularly, and nothing but bots for help. Employees called me rude because I asked the guy to either speak more distinctly or switch me to a English speaker. And they deny my debit when I have a large balance. Can't deal with this anymore.

I have to bank here because this is where my business banks; I would never tolerate this low level of customer service or employee motivation with my personal bank. The drive thru doesn't move, the line inside doesn't move. The teller (because there is only one person working in the bank at a time, in my experience) is generally nice to you once it is your turn, but otherwise doesn't acknowledge your presence. It is strange that a bank presumably can't afford to keep their locations staffed with enough humans to make you feel welcome enough to leave your money with them.

Great customer service. All the bank personnel was helpful specially Tomica did great job going through all my paperwork. Tomica make it look easy and fast all my paperwork helped me to open my new accoun.?
