WOW... I really didn't have high expectations until I was met with the BEST service so far in the year 2024 Mr Cayse and Mr Brett. I came in looking for thumb tacs & framing for an office poster and came out with a customize frame and drywall mounts. Very professional and very much appreciated. Brett figuratively held my throughout the Contactless checkout. He was very knowledgeable about Michael's Rewards and Credit Card benefits. And Mr Cayse guided me thru the framing process. Helped measure my poster and find the appropriate frame that fit my current lifestyle. He suggested the correct drywall mounts that were design to minimize wall damage. I actually felt like a valued customer for once. This survey doesnt really do justice for how much I appreciated the genuine outstanding service!

I have had bad experiences at this Michael’s in the past but I think they have used our feedback to improve a lot! I had a great experience with Ginger and Brett the manager today. I needed about 14 balloons and Ginger was very kind and patient with my large request. I do think it would have been nice for the manager to help her since it took us together about 30 minutes to blow them up (I was tying, she was blowing up) just to help speed up the process, but she was great to work with. I offered some tips and tricks along the way and together we made a great team. I also appreciate the nice conversation we had throughout.A side note for readers - Michael’s is a great place to get balloons! They are slightly more expensive than Party City but they always offer coupons so it’s a great deal if you have your 20% off a regular priced purchase coupon like I did!The only downside (which is not any of the employees’ fault) is that you have to walk in and ask for the balloons - as far as I can tell, you can’t order them ahead to be picked up like you can at PC. I know this is a fairly new offering so maybe they’re planning to enhance the service in the future. It would be great if you could place an order through the app to be picked up! So in the future if I am on a time crunch and need a larger quantity like this, I may go elsewhere.Thank you to Ginger and Michael’s team on Briarcliff for a nice experience! You are my “go to” so I’ll be back ?

The worst Michaels I've been to. The cashier was drunk & incoherent for one thing. Also when I requested for cash while returning an item , they acted like they couldn't do it when they've definitely done it in the past???

Like so many places they are cutting back on costs by cutting back in cashiers. There is one cashier and 3 card only self help checkout areas. The Christmas stuff is very picked over. Store has alot of sales and other stuff. I hate the buy one get one half off because if u don't get two you pay full price. I didn't need two.

Mr Al in the framing department has got to the rudest, non customer friendly person in a retail environment. I asked him what color white matting paper do you have in stock, his response “not many”. The entire convo was as if I was bothering him. Mr Al should not be in a customer service role. If I were Michael’s I would do a secret shopper and check him out because I will not be back to this Briarcliff location.

The cashiers were arguing. The supervisor was discussing their attitude in front of customers. Only on cashier helping with returns and not self service. 3 self service register but very slow.
