I've used Rock and Mr. Curtis to train me (I'm 28 ur old female) looking to lose fat and sculpt for my hot girl summer. I see massive results after one month coming in at least 3x per week. All the machines you could need are here - even the tractor tires and sledgehammer!! Lockers equipped with a shower for males & females. Bring your own water and no kids! Membership and training pricing reasonable and cleanly environment.”
