My recent visit to Best Buy on Lavista Road was a positive experience overall. The store had a wide selection of electronics and appliances, and I was able to find everything I needed with ease.The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and they were readily available to assist with any questions I had. Their willingness to help and provide guidance made my shopping experience more enjoyable.I appreciated the clean and organized layout of the store, which made it easy to navigate and locate products. Additionally, the checkout process was efficient, with minimal wait times.While my experience was mostly positive, I did encounter a minor issue with one of the items I purchased. However, the staff quickly resolved the issue to my satisfaction, demonstrating their commitment to customer service.Overall, Best Buy on Lavista Road offers a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience with a great selection of products and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this store to others looking for electronics and appliances.

I'm sorry to hear about others bad experiences with this same Best Buy. It's truly disheartening to hear that you guys were taken advantage of in such a manner such as I. The fact that they charged $300 for a MacBook fix and then tacked on an extra $160 without clear justification is utterly unacceptable. It's a blatant scam that preys on customers' trust and vulnerability when seeking technical support. Best Buy's deceptive practices not only result in overcharging but also erode trust in their services. Customers like me and all others alike deserve transparency and fairness, not to be manipulated into paying exorbitant fees for basic repairs. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on Best Buy's reputation and highlights the importance of being aware when dealing with service providers

It's a shame that everything has to be locked in a cage because of theft. Unlike Microcenter the salesman weren't too enthusiastic to give me help. Not like it used to be years ago.

Apple care sent me here for a repair. They had me pay in advance for parts and said it would be a few days. It’s been 3 weeks and every time I call the store I get hung up on. They have yet to call and I ended up going somewhere else for the repair.

This review is about Best Buy as a company and not this particular store. It's unfortunate that you can't leave a review for the company. The one star review is because Best Buy retailers no longer allow customers to call in and speak to anyone in the store. You get redirected to a call center in another country. I have no issue with speaking to customer service representatives from outside the US. What I do have an issue with is that those remote call centers are only capable of handling basic questions, they are not equipped to handle more specific questions, so I have to get into my car and drive to the best buy...but the best buy closest to my house also can't support my question, which means I have to drive half way across the city to have a discussion that could be had over the phone. It's piss poor customer service. Answer the phones at your stores.

Tashe has the worse attitude. Hated going to that store, I rather driving more for a better costumer service. I was getting a refund and he didn't explain anything to me, he is rude. Don't go there.

I ordered curb side pick up for a TV and mounting bracket...waited to go pick it up until I received notice that it was ready, arrived and followed the directions to check in...took them 40 minutes to bring my order out (I ended up calling the store after 30 minutes but could not get a helpful person on the phone)...and then the 2 young men who brought it out pushed and shoved into my car vs respecting the car and TV. Customer service needs work!!On a positive note I did receive the correct items, and both are great!
