I've been taking my pets to this Banfield for many years. Dr. Adil is great! He takes the time to listen to your concerns and doesn't rush the exam. He's quite thorough. All of the techs are friendly and helpful and love animals. I highly recommend this Banfield.

I've been taking my dogs to the Tucker location for years. The staff are excellent professional, compassionate experts. Last year, I lost my 17 year old baby Bishop, I was devastated and the staff grieved with me. I just picked Bandit up and Tasha was still giving me love for Bishop. I really appreciate being able to entrust the them to the care of the Tucker location staff.

DR ADIL and Staff are So very caring & Professional in the care of our Maltipoo Furbaby Phoebe ! We have total TRUST in DR ADIL he is very THOROUGH when there is a Problem , illness or concern!

Great team, communicates openly and often with me, and I can tell they deeply care about my dog. My only complaint is that the DVT is thorough but often not thoughtful when handling my aging dog's body. He contorted my dog's leg to show me something on his foot (again thoughtful to even save face to face time), but did so by ignoring my words about his hip dysphagia and healing ligaments. My dog is limping and likely will be for the next week.

Dr. Edwards saved my dog's life. She was so compassionate and concerned with my sheltie. She is at the Chamblee location. I am on the wellness plan and find it a true value.

I wasn't allowed in the back with my dog which made her upset and nerves especially since she's newly blind. I also paid for them to cut her nails, when I got home I noticed that they only cut the front and not the back???? $17 I would've did it my self but I relied on the professionals. Also they kept my dogs blanket that I wrapped her in ..the couldn't find it at first then told me they found it but she soiled it so they threw it in their laundry. I never seen the doc only received a call from him. No paperwork showing services rendered or anything.

After reading one of the reviews, I not realized I that my dog Angie did not have to be put to sleep. The doctor said that if we did surgery on her she would only have 4 days to live and that it wouldn’t be worth it. I read an article about a dog that had a similar issue as my dog. Their dog went through with the surgery and recovered completely. We went to the hospital three times to see what they could do. They told us they would give her iv fluid and monitor her. They did not give her any medication to help her with the pain or throw up even after we asked. Yes she was in pain but If I would’ve read the reviews before and researched, I would’ve took her to another vet. My poor baby could’ve still be alive and instead of crying and grieving, she could’ve been with me sleeping next to me. Please take your pet to another vet.Even though my poor baby is gone, I’ve learned that it’s not worth it to take your pet here. Find someone else ??

The staff here is great. How ever the doctor is horrible, not the first time how ever I’ve complained about him. 400$ later the doctor tells me my dog needs emergency surgery for Pyometra yet sends her home. Never gave her any antibiotics or any other medications. Tells me I need to find another place to do it because he’s to booked to perform the surgery . Very very unprofessional. Ended up having to take her to a animal hospital where it was 2x more expensive .And where the doctor & the nurse at this hospital said no matter how booked band field was that doctor should’ve made space for her. I called the animal hospital spoke to the doctor personally where she said she was booked as well but still made space for my baby girl to get the care she needed. The wellness plan i have on her isn’t worth it either. Waisted my time & money at this place. Wouldn’t recommend this place to absolutely anyone. I’m very very disappointed in this place!!!!
