I went to this store to upgrade my device, all the stores around me were out of stock except this one. I'm glad I did the drive here because so far this is the best store I been to. Gaby was the associate that helped me, she was very knowledgeable, friendly and patience to explain all the steps and fees. I left the store very happy and from now on this will be my go to store!

We already switched providers because they wouldn't accept my son's water damaged phone as a trade-in (Verizon did). I went to try to pay off my phone however, they only were able to give me an 800 number to call. After being on hold 11 minutes, I chose to leave and handle it later.

The services & the people that work here at this Tucker GA location are always caring & considerate. They never fail to make me feel important by always meeting my needs. Everyone does their job just as great, love their team work. Everyone is amazing you could walk in and the customer service is just extraordinary. It doesn't even matter who you get to help you, it can be Urbin, Tyrone, Preston, Taylor, or Jeremy the Manager, they all treat you like family.

I had the worst experience at AT&T Tucker. I had a representative ( Tyrone C.) that assisted me as I spoke to multiple departments and while getting approved from the very last department he stated “I’M DONE, my desktop computer shutdown and I have to leave because AT&T doesn’t pay overtime.” I asked for a store manager and he said there isn’t any as he walked out the door.” The next store representative tried to assist but the store was closing and we weren’t able to get my approval. So basically, I wasted four hours in the store for nothing.
